Royal Sundaram Alliance on 19.10.2011 has debitted Rs.950.00 on 19.10.2011 from my card without my authority for renewal of the policy I don't want renewal of the policy any more. I want immediate refund of the amount of Rs950.00. Not only this I don't want any amount debitted to my card without my prior approval.

Please arrange for immediate refund of the amount of Rs950.00.
