Royal Sundaram — Motor Insurance Policy

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had renewed an existing motor insurance policy with Royal sundaram online using my credit card. However despite the payment being honoured the policy hasn't reached me and its been over a month. I have written to the local office of Royal Sundaram in Gurgaon and no action has been taken yet.

Renewal Date: 21-Aug-09
