[Resolved] Royal Sundaram Gen.insurance/ Hospital Cash Policy — Non Delivery of original Documents | |
Friends be careful if you are going with Royal Sundaram. Firstly they start chasing (begging) you for renewal premium almost 2 months in advance. If you oblige them by paying well in advance say a month in advance, then they send documents through cheap shabby couriers. These courier don't even have delivery offices in your city (Pune). They are sub-contracted to street guys who are not paid their wages in time. Result is these boys do not deliver documents. When you write back to Royal Sundaram they don't reply except for auto acknowledgement. When you chat with them the rep. promises you everything but no action is taken.When you tell them to cancel the plplicy and refund the premium they don't even look at your request. HENCE FRIENDS DO NOT SQUANDER YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON COMPANIES LIKE Royal Sundaram. IF YOU HAVE SYMPATIES THEN PLEASE GIVE THEM ARMS IN CHARITY. REGRET, C.R.NANDA Was this information helpful? | |
