[Resolved]  Royal Sundaram Health Insurance — Auto Debit of Credit Card Account without permission before due date

I had taken Royal Sundaram Health Insurance.
I paid the insurance premium through my SBI Credit Card. My insurance would expire on 18/8/2008. Royal Sundaram has debitted my credit card account on 30/07/2008 that 20 days before due date. When I asked to cancel this, they are adamant on putting a 10% charge to cancel this. This is daylight robbery by Royal Sundaram.

Please note, they do not pay the full refund for hospitalization.
