hi i am jagdish thakker i have taken car insurance from royal sundaram insurance comapny i received amount about car dammage it was total loss thay settle me in just 625000 the cost of car was 915000.00 (fiat linea emotion pk) its ok due to my bad luck my wife got injured at left hand fracture bth borne royal sundaram people assure me you can claim within three moth n u will get full amount now they advise me that i can not claim i have to come through court i paid premium directly to royal sundaram n for claim go through court? please advise me in this matter thanks regards jagdish Was this information helpful? | |

The company is A BIG FRAUD.My car was stolen in April 2009...till date they have not settled my account...I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH THE VIEW OF MR.JADGISH...
