i have booked two bed room set . RECIEPTNO IS:- [protected] and the serial number is[protected]. i booked this flat in april2006, Tell me about this project

i had booked a 2 BHK +Terrace in ghaziabad in 2004-05 by depositing 5% booking amount=Rs90500. I was supposed to get the possession in 2008 but no result till now.When i tried to talk to the company then no satisfactory answer was given by the company.What should i do?

Hi, even I had done booking in Sahara cityhomes bangalore for a 3BHK by giving them 5% deposit. Till now, they have NOT even acquired the land. Later they transfered our booking to Coimbatore since some construction is going on there. They asked us to pay more. We started the payment, but they are really messing up with payments and are not updating us about possession or latest status of the development. Being such a big brand name, they are deliberately exploiting people by taking money and sitting on it for more than 5 years withuot delivering their promise or paying any compensation. They are even rude to tell that we can withdraw our payment and they will cut 15% out of it. Had I known that Sahara city homes is such a fake brand I would have booked some other house in 2005. But because of the Saharacityhomes's failure, I can no longer get the rate that I could have got in 2005 for booking any other apartments. Shaarcityhomes SHOULD pay for our losses and they can NOT simply fool customers by takng money and sitting on it for so many years without being liable to the customers. I feel we all should file a joint complaint against Saharacityhomes.

I have booked for row house in Bangalore no word till now. Whenever I call them answer is pretty standard, "Will get approvals in six months and project starts". Many six months passed no approvals and no construction.

You are right. Even I had very bad experience. I and my friend went and met one Surya and he said he is RM in Bangalore office near Koshy restaurant. We just casually went there to explore wat the situation with this builder is. He said dont buy there but buy in another builder supposedly his relative. One of my friend had invested there and after almost 4 years he was given a runaround by their offices and by another RM Mr. Rao and one Sunil Kumar. Complaints to Sahara Lucknow office are never taken action upon and some persons who are cust. svc. answer and try to resolve issues without involving upper management and finally my friend had to pay rs 5000 between these two individuals to get his deposit back.

The customer service people never reply back if you complain about any management or employee.
When you follow up they always say we never received the email thereby covering up the complaint against the said employee.

Don't buy this builder. Don't buy in their Devenhalli project. They LIE and LIE and LIE. No two people in their office have the same answer about the status of the project. Also I heard from Keral projects people are asking refunds per one Lucknow staff in Church street Bangalore office. So STAY AWAY and do not invest here unless you want to suffer like others. I called BIAAPA office and spoke to mr. narendra. He said NO approval yet for sahara!!! Its agriculture land and it needs FIRST to be DC (DC converted) and in Devenhalli they have stopped DC'ing land!

Most staff and manageement RAO/SURYA/Chowdhary are all Teleghu people and so is their staff= MAjor problem in a cosmopolitian city. All scrubbing each other's back. Anywhere u see ONLY one type of people in management JUST RUN FROM THERE and DO NOT BUY! Also beware these lucknow people are sweet talkers. I have experience that there may be resentment if you are a higher caste person and dealing with lower caste person or a different language person. They expect money to do your work. JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN FAR AWAY AND AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS BUILDER AND BUILDERS LIKE THIS ONE. In fact DO NOT BUY UNTIL U SEE 90-95% work DONE. Else they take your money and build for you. They SELDOM PUT THEIR OWN MONEY FROM THEIR OWN POCKET! This builder also runs SCHEMES for giving 11% returns! Sunil Kumar and Rao said they NEVER return deposit money collected. They have to look for NEW MONEY to return DEPOSITS. So in a way I THINK it may be illegal PONZI SCHEMES. SO BEWARE and DO NOT BUY OR INVEST HERE!

Even I had done booking in Sahara cityhomes bangalore for a 2BHK in 2005 by giving them 5% deposit + 10% preEMI. Till now no news from them. Yesterday I got a guy through whom we used to pay, he said that SAHARA mangament has decided that they cannot complete this project soon because of legal problems. It may take 5-6 years to resolve the issue.
When I asked my 15% money back, he said that we cannot get money now, instead they have some deposit scheme where they will divert our money and give 14.5% returns only after 5 years.
This is really bad and I am planning to go to consumer court soon. I need my money with interest and damage amount.

One more thing is we could not book any other FLAT because of this sahara guys.
Everybody knows that how costly are the flats now compared to 2004-05 time!
Please gather as much as info and post here or send it to me!!

Hello sir .. I booked a flat at chadigarh after paying 5% at the time of booking and 10% in installments but till date there is no construction begins at given site at chadigarh.. What can i do? The company official do not even talk or reply to me

Can we file a criminal case u/s 420 IPC against company officials.. ?

I had same experience ... they don't have values... they are professional cheaters...
Gov of india should take some action to protect the people mony.
I am planing to serve a leagal notice to SAHARA.

Hi everybody, few months before i had savings deposit in Sahara pvt ltd. after completion of tenure and maturity i withdrawn money but they deducted my money. as it is a savings deposit scheme we should get minimum intrested. we paid installments properly but wrongly entered some amount into another account.
instead of giving principal amt + interest they just gave money lessthan principal amt.
when i complained to branch manager he rudely repleid n challenged. when i said " we will proceed legally i[censored] dont pay properly then he said " Ok, as u wish but we already experienced n won some cases like this in the past".
Then within hours i sent a Legal Notice through Advocate n sent copies to local branch n main branch.
then they came down n were asking pls withdraw legal notice we will give u that missing amount but as i loose money for sending notice, etc i demanded 10k( actually i have to receive 5k),
after discussions, they bargained n requested to take 8k then i agreed n got money.
Fight legally i[censored] face any difficulty in SAHARA

They took deposits for the bangalore sahara housing project in Hosur rd., but they say that it is no more there but in Devanahalli. Are they not bound by Govt rules to keep duping us.
We need to work together and have a dharna in front of their office to start with. There web site saharahousing.com is under renovation it says...very very dangerous signs

Please take action against such crooks...they r enjoying our money n v r not able to do anything jus standing helplessly ...y dont v guys stand on one toe n file a case in consumer court against them...

Even i booked an 2 bed room in the bangalore sahara.But they say the land is still not there.i dont know what to do...they keep on saying this year that year...pelase give me suggestions on this whether to take the money from them .i dont know for that price would i get an apartment in any city which i paid...

We are unable to find the address or the Map to the bangalore location of the PROMISED PROPOSD SAHARA CITY HOME near BIAL !!
The website of the SAHARA TOWNSHIP seems to be permanently under reconstruction just like the city home projects !!
Does somebody have the location map for the Bangalore Project site ??
Does it make sense to organise a get together of all people who have booked for properties at the Bangalore location ??

My father had dreamed about having one home in sahara city 7-8 years ago when it was Sahara sawarn Yojna. He paid almost 1 lac Rs and couple of years ago again they asked for fresh booking amount for Faridabad home and he almost paid another 2.7 lac. Now he is not well an living with bitter experience that sahara never gave him positive information regarding this project.

They advertise and promise everything for money and once you trust them and give money for dream home that’s dream will be dream for forever. They don’t understand the pain of middle class old senior citizen.

Pl send an registered with A/D card letter to the address given below. It is immaterial whether do they accept it or not, but you should have the proof of having correspondence with the company. If you do not get any answer, file a companint with consumer court. You can join our group to fight against the company.

Nothing new from my side too I and my family too suffering the same, they have offered to give 6% interest if we withdraw or take home in any city on current rates which is just a mentally torture kind of offer
in FD too bank gives 9-10% interest and tell me who want to leave his own city who will go in another city to live??
they offered a 200 yard house in our city in 23 lacs which was costly at that time too but when we deposited our money in Sahara they said they were fake ppl we never offered such plans we will give flat of 1168 sq feet in that amount as our money was in their pocket now we agreed but after that almost 7 year happened they are fighting for land acquirement in SC
we lost our dream to live in our own city as now price in our city is 5times more as its now in NCR master plan
cheaters have no religion and no cast, language as above a Telugu brother is telling cheater cheats everybody and they have no emotion for anyone So we have to do something about it that should be the main point United WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL
