[Resolved]  Sai Service Lower Parel — insurance claim

Dear Sir,
I mr Noorali B Virani I have take assurance of my vel Maruti Swift Dizaer vel no MH 01 AL 2786.
At 30 july there is hev rain in mumbai. I have park my vel near dadar at night its raining vvvvvvv badly so on that day i have not pickup my vel. on 2nd day[protected] I go there to pick my car, vn i have swich on car but car had notd started Bcz in my vel rain water has been enter in car.so i have call to maruti costomer care I told them my vel his not starting so plz send a mecenice,they have take my complain & give me a complain no is 488108. Then i call to tochan & tochan my car at my office ( Mazgaon) At eveing mekenik came he soo car he told me that i cant repaid it, u have to cal tochan & send at sai service at lower parel mumbai 400013.No 3th day[protected] some family problem has came so i call to sai service to pick my car they told me u have to bring it. i have taken car on[protected] at sai service (lower Parel). they told me inssurance Agent will come and he will see and then only v will start our work. after 7 days13 08 2011 they call me and told that full Assurance will not pass by Inssurance com will pass some Amout, I told them we are paying full insuurance than y they r not passing ful inssurance. they told me for fult reson we will not pass. In New India Assurance Certificate its no any qul.V are tkng 1st party Inssurance bcz if any accident they have to pay v get binefit that its cash less Insurance & v have to pay some Amount (10% to 20%). I told to sai ser person Mr Raju naik to make my car he told me that it take 10 to 12 days, i say Ok. after 07 day[protected] I & my bro gone at sai service (LP)He told me that my Enginer mother had been death he will come after 5 or 6 days,then also i yes Ok.On 30th Aug 11 Again i cal him on cel he told me i m at holidays so cal to sunil he told me its take a time 7 to 8 days. on 10 aug 11 Again I call them they told me its take time rod about 5 to 6 days, Agaian I sy Ok. on 22/09/11 from Sai service person cal me yr vel has been ready, itold them How much amount i have to pay, they told me that Inssurance servery has not given any report he will give after 2 or 3 days. Ok. then i call them they told me that Insurance report has not came so u pay full Amount Rs 128883.00 Words : one lakhs twenty eight thousand eight hunderds eighty three rupees only And take yr vel other vies u have to pay parking chrg per day 300.00 rupees. reply him call me vn ins server send u report and less my inssurance cliam then only i will pay u. On 29/09/11 we have go at sai service they told its take time to come server report After v saw that out of 128883.00 Incurance com is passing claim only 18000.00 rupees. After some time they cal me and told that u have to pay full amt and take yr vel vn Inssurance pay to us v will give u. so I told them inssurance will pass atlist 70% & then only i have to pay some amt.they say no u have to pay full amt, i told him I will come tmro.
Now tel me that v r pay full amount of inssurance last three years then y u r not giving 70% to 80% And still now u have not given Inssurance reprot.
So i request u give me result so i take dissions that what i hv to do.
