This email had been send to Sai Service before, without ever receiving an answer! After sending 3 mails and trying to contact them, I am now writing here, hoping for help from somebody!

To Sai Service Station Ltd

Dear Sir,
I want to give a complaint to the head Sai Service Station Ltd. Office, regarding the inappropriate servicing of my Maruti Zen at Sai Service Station Mapusa, Goa.
My Maruti Zen, Vehicle reg. No. GA01C8642, Model M4 was given on the 18th January 2011 to Sai Service Station Mapusa to resolve a water leakage problem. I had been told then, that the water leakage in the Maruti could only be resolved by installing a new front glass, apron. I agreed and paid 20.000 RS. Deposit. Sai Service Mapusa called us 2 months later to collect the car and to pay an additional 41.000 RS. I brought the car home and water leaked in, 2 inch water on the car floor, leaking even more than ever! The problem was obviously not fixed so I brought it back to Sai Service Mapusa. The Service called me to collect it again and again the problem was not solved. I was called 5 times and went 5 times to collect! The Joke is that after bringing it back each time something was missing or even worse not working anymore. First screws were missing then the breaks stopped to work and my car didn’t start. Now, it is July the 7th and my car is standing unattended and unchanged and conditionally worsened at Sai Service Station Mapusa. Wasted Time, Money and my patience for a bad service! My complaints fell to deaf ears in Mapusa and it is enraging me! Only Empty promises and definitely no peace in my mind! Do you call this Service?!
What am I suppose to do, as a customer? Accept charlatans robbing me?!
I am writing you today, so that you see to it.

Sai Service, Erragadda Hyderabad - BIG CHEATING

We have given our Car (Maruti SX4 Black) for servicing and checkup, They damaged our car by removing paint and with so many scratches.
So I RECOMMEND people do not give ur car in Sai Service specially in Erragadda. They even lie very badly and are saying that we have put these scratches on our car.

    I has purchased an Alto from a Sai Service Maruti True Value Showroom in Goregaon West, Mumbai in Dec.2009 paying a premium price than that available in the market for the same to have peace of mind being certified by Maruti. The car was supposed to have passed thru 120 checks certified by Maruti Engineer but eventually found out that this is only a formality on paper. In Actual there is are no such tests performed.

    The car went on fine till the first rains of Monsoon in June 2010. No sooner the car was wet in the rains I discovered that there was a major water leakage in the car and the front of the car was fully filled with water. I brought the same to the notice to Sai Service. They asked me bring the car to their body shop and kept the same there for nearly 8-10 days. They charged me Rs.8000 though under warranty towards some thing or the other. Stiil I felt it was worth paying the amount if the problem gets resolved.

    To my surprise this year again in monsoon 2011 I have faced the same problem and it is a major one. The car has actually not been been passed through any of the quality checks claimed by Maruti True Value dealers. I brought the same to the notice of the company office in Delhi directly too but the responce was as expected, of no help.

    I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM EVERYBODY PLANNING TO BUY A MARUTI CERTIFIED TRUE VALUE PREPOWNED CAR THAT THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE IN BUYING A CAR FROM A LOCAL DEALER AND MARUTI TRUE VALUE AS BOTH CHEAT THEIR CUSTOEMR TO SELL THEIR PRODUCT. DONOT BE RESTASSURED WITH THE MARUTI CERTIFICATE ETC... CLAIMING HAVE PASSED 120 TESTS AND CERTIFICATE PROVIDED WITH THE CAR. IT IS JUST TO FOOL YOU AND EXTRACT A PREMIUM PRICE. THE CAR YOU MIGHT BE BUYING MAY HAVE MINOR / MAJOR DEFAULTS WHICH YOU WOULD DISCOVER AT A LATER STAGE AND ONCE YOU HAVE PURCHASED THE CAR THERE IS NOTHING LIKE FREE SERVICE FOR THE PROBLEMS DISCIVERED IN THE CAR THOUGH UNDER (CONDITIONAL )WARRANTY. THE SIMPLE EXCUSE YOU WOULD RECEIVE FROMTHE DEALER WOULD BE THAT OUR PROBLEM IS NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY.

    SO DEAR BUYERS PLEASE BE CAREFULL AND DO NOT BECOME A FOOL LIKE I HAVE BEEN.

      I have purchased bike from Sai Services Andheri last year and since then I have taken my bike to their Andheri workshop for all the free(?) and paid servicing but never ever I have received a bike post servicing in better condition.

      Bajaj makes it a point for warranty's sake, their bikes needs to be serviced at Bajaj endorsed service stations and one of them is Sai Service.

      But given the kind of service and treatment you receive at this service station one would be better of at personally trusted local servicing station or repair guy. Below are the reasons:

      (1) When you take your bike for servicing to the service station even after taking prior appointemnt you would have to wait up around one hour to talk to the service advisor.

      (2)Service Advisor does not listen to you for all your complaint as he is in hurry to take next bike

      (3)They ask you to put your vike their for more than a day as they are always swamped up with more bikes they can take for servicing. (As they are "Bajaj" endorsed service station, one need to take onmes bike their for serving for atlest a year in order not to void warranty )

      (4) When they are done servicing (simply washing , replenishing the engine oil and tightening of bkae and clutch cables) they would bother you every half hour to take your bike back.

      (5) When you arrive at the service station to take your bike you would have to wait another one hour to clear the billing and get the get pass.

      (6) Half of the things you see in the bills , you would wonder if really has been done as the bike would give you same problems next day onward.

      (7) When you take away bike some things would have been left out as , cluch cable would still be loose or horn cables are still not connected , your side stand magnet gone, your bike is dented (which they insist was in same condition when it arrived)

      (8)One week after you have taken away you bike and confronted with same set of problem they woul all you and ask you if it is ok, you tell them it is not they ask you to bring back bike, which they take in again do some huff buff ask you to wait for another day produce you another bil which you promptly pay to be confronted with same set of problem next day onwards.

      (9) Even taking AMC does not rid you out of your missery.Things they promise in AMC to be done for free are worthlessly dicounted even if you take AMC woth 2K it would give you mostly free oil and dicount of not more than 50 bucks per servicing.



      My personal experience and typical problem I faced with my bike:

      (I1) Last year when I purchased the bike and since I took for servicing for second time it had developed a problem of Gear slippage, the gear would not shift up or down seamlessly and would make lot of noise and bikes pickup is busted, when I told servicing ad-visor Sandeep/Kalpesh/Sadand at the service station he laughed off and dismissed the matter and said that gear shifting noise exist in all the Bajaj bikes and moreover if I cannot shift gear properly its my driving fault. He then recommended me two three oils to boost up bikes fuel efficiency and engine smoothness which I agreed to be replenished during the service so that I would get better mileage and smooth gear transition I did not get any benefit moreover I was charged hefty sum of 3K in that Servicing.
      When I took my bike for Pune drive immediately after servicing due to gear slippage problem my bike would not climb the Lonavla slope easily and when I showed my bike to local mechanic @ Pune even he could understand that the Clutch plates are gone and when he replaced them I got my bikes pickup and seamless gear shifting back.
      When I reported this at service center they dismissed of matter saying that Pulsar150 clutchpates are worthless and can go at any time its not their mistake.

      Since then my clutch pales have been busted twice some how immidiately after servicing but the guys at the serving center would not listen up so when my AMC is done after next service I am not going to go to this worthelss service center two three guys I know report same problem about bajaj endoresed service centre @ Airoli so I think Bajaj endorsed service centre especially "Sai Service" is biggest and one should refrain from getting their bikes serviced their. One of my friend has Pulsar 150 3 years old and 1lakh Km mileage to boast he was never confronted with these problem as he serviced his bike at local trusted mechanic.

      I strongly doubt that guys at "Sai Service Andheri" replace your bikes spare parts and moreover they bill you for new parts which have not been replaced, I've never got bill less than 2000 buck after free servicing. During so called free servicing also I have never got bill less than 700 bucks . So "Sai Service Andheri" sucks its Big NO NO for me hence forth....others BEWARE

        Myself chandrashekhar Gad wish to lodge a complaint against Sai Service , Andheri. Let me give a brief on my complaint point wise.

        1. On 12.04.2011 I had visited Sai Service Andheri for Servicing my CAR. I was told that apprx Rs. 1500/- will be charge for various services during such service agreed by me. Surprisingly at the time of delivery the amount was raised to Rs. 2539/- and having no option i had to pay the amount to Sai Services.

        2. On 13.04.2011 morning while taking my CAR for office i realised that Footmats are replaced by Sai Service. Service person had removed my Original Mat of alto and replaced with Old mats of Wagan R.

        3. On same day I had called Mr. Singh who had attended me during servicing and expressed my displeasure to him. he had promised me that he will investigate the same and will give a call after half an hour.

        4. Post waiting more than 2 hour and couple of reminder to Mr. Since i decided to call customer service to lodge a complaint. Customer service officer directed me to Mr. Nishad who is customer service manager of andheri.

        5. Mr. Nishad requested me to visit to their work shop at andheri for complaint resolution. He assured me that he will be replacing the Mats on that day itself.

        6. Post reaching to workshop I have been told my Mr. Singh and customer service officer that Mr. Nishad is busy with another client and requested me to wait for some time. After almost an hour upon approaching to Customer service desk again I was told that Mr. Nishad is already left for home.

        7. After all this drama Mr. Singh took me to Mr. Subhash who is workshop manager of andheri Sai Service.

        8. Mr. Subhash upon listing my complaint assuared me that he will be sending one person along with original mats to my office address next day.

        9. As confirmed by Subhash one runnerboy from Sai services visited my office and handover the mats to me. Surprisingly those mats were not the original branded mats of Sai services and of a local made.

        10. I called mr. Nishad again since runner boy requested me to speak to Nishad only for this matter. Mr. Nishad again promised me that he will be sending the original mats within next 4/5 days. and requested me to given that much time to resolve my complaint.

        11. today 01.06.2011 I have not got those mats nor a call from Sai service on the same.

        I simply want to show my displeasure towards Sai Service and this now irretating me more and starting me more bothering about any other expensive parts of vehicle which may be exchanged during such servicing. People like me who does not have technical knowlege may suffer loss. I really scared of such thefts are happening in reputed service provider.

          My pulsar bike MH-14-CN-9116 was bought at this showroom on December 2010. So is just 4 1/2 months. They are not helping me the Tyre replacement which is need right now for my bike. My Tyre in faulty. They have been rude on phone and does not give any information whatsoever

            Sir,

            I was an employee of Sai Service Station LTD, Edappally- Cochin -Kerala from 02.01.2008 to 21.12.2009.My PF number is MH/35070/006160 and I submitted the withdrawal application on September 2010.But even after 7 months I didn't got the amount till now.While enquiring about the same to the HR department-Sai Service Station,Cochin first time they told that the delay is due to the computerisation of the PF oofice at Maharashtra. Second time they told that some fire occured in the concerned PF branch and my data may be lost int the incident. Third time the same HR section of Sai Service Station, Cochin told me that there is problem in My PF number and now it belongs to the name of some other person and this problem occured from the concerned PF branch at Maharashtra. I am fed up with this issues and kindly took the necessary action to relieve my PF amount. My present contact details given below.

                  I Purchase Wagon R LXI MH04 EQ 8615 on 07th January 2011 on Full Cash Payment, I came to know about SAI SERVICE STATION LIMITED from One of my friend Reference,

                  when I was send to RTO for Registration of my car there I was been harass by the RTO agent for Rs 1000 the reason he told me that it was an registration process charge, after that when fitted some external

                  accessories from your Showroom In which I have cancelled one of the item and that was a spoiler, your mechanics told me the cancelled item refund will be sent to me by cheque only after one week, after

                  continuo’s making follow up I finally got the cheque on 29th January 2011 from “Sai Service Station Limited on my account Ejaz Tajuddin Shaikh for Rs 4498 cheque no. is 354230 for BARCLAYS” which was

                  dishonoured on 2nd Feb 2011 the reason was Exceeds arrangements (Overline) May I ask you when cheque was account payee, signed properly by account holder, what was the need to dishonoured it ? even

                  nobody phoned me before that I, already given my mobile no. Because of this my another cheque got dishonoured and I have to pay penalty of Rs 500 from both the side to Bank and to the party.

                  I repent my day when i book my car from "Sai Service station ltd" Phoenix mill mumbai.

                  Sai Service — insurance policy

                  the service provided by saai was very abysmal; the insurance guys after tsking cheque till date has not given a policy; previous policy lapse a month ago.

                  i want to teach them a lesson; they need to take apenlaity on brand/money wise..after taking customer payment disappered..

                  Sai Service — non receival of bill

                  I had paid RS. 3500 to sai service station goa near ST. XAVIERS, for hitting some one else's car,however i was promised to get the bill by 9th of december by mail as i was leaving GOA, however i haven't received a bill.Now when i talk to them ,they deny me the bill saying the person has not submitted the car,however the money is still with them, so i owe the bill from them.

                    I owned a Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTS-I, with Reg. No. MH 40 B 9785. I am had done regular services of my vehicle. Today I checked the engine oil level is below minimum mark. I had done paid service on 20/03/2010 with repair order number-43913 at ( SAI SERVICE STATION LIMITED, NEAR SANDVIK ASIA, MUMBAI-PUNE RAOSD, PHUGEWADI PUNE 411012, TELEPHONE:[protected]/05 [protected]. In this service I replaced the engine oil bajaj DTS-I 20W40 which has a replacement interval after every 10,000kms. After this paid service I visited workshop for the regular paid services.
                    Details of the same are given below.

                    Engine oil replacement interval was after every 10000kms. This is why I never requested to replace the engine oil. But I always requested to top up the oil level.

                    Today 14/11/2010 I checked the oil level & I found the oil level was below minimum mark of the dip stick. This means there is no top up done in the last three services. This may result the engine wear, clutch wear. I request you to replace the whole engine part which will effect by low engine oil.

                    Sai Service Ltd — Lack of service

                    Dear SirMadam,

                    I have Bajaj Avenger, MH-02-BL-4984,for which the fuel tank cover with lock was jammed and i have ordered for a new one on 11th May 2011 and till today it has not arrived. Whenever i call your store 28707044, i always get an answer that it is coming and it will here two to three days.I am seriously concerened about the service in today's competitive world.I wish if you could help me on an urgent basis or else I have to wait with no option left.

                      I have been satying in Mumbai for last 3 years now. Though on a rented accomodation. Recently I booked a car with the hope to get delivery on Dusherra.

                      I have a registered Leave and Licence agreement which is valid as on date. Post I had paid money for car (down payment plus finance also) and now that delivery date was near I was told that I need to have Citizenship Proof, Permanent Address proof (in mumbai). Which I did not have.

                      Now they are not accepting Registered leave and Licence agreement and what me to submit Police Verification also.

                      I need advice is this right? Dealer has already taken money in the name of Bribe to RTO etc and now all this natak.

                      Dear Consumer
                      Your case( with reference to what you have said ) you need to verify the following details
                      a) if your car has been booked, if yes you would have a valid booking performa
                      b) whether the dealer you have approached has any credibility issues with the company( parent company)
                      in certain cases the bank or the parent company as a matter of policy would have laid down some rules for booking a car( this idealy is told to the consumer during the sales meet itself
                      c) due to the current security alert may be this is insisted, if yes you could provide you registered tenent agreement copy,
                      they are supposed to accept it if it is legaly registered.,
                      alternativly you could ask them to give you a written list of the documents they require and you can ask for a refund also if you please

                        I'm going through sleepless night & stressed days due to rude,unethical & lack of professional approach by Sai Service Centre, Palakkad office in Kerala.

                        Had booked an Alto LX model last month through finance loan by BRD Securities,Kerala. From the moment 1000INR is paid as token amount , Sai staff started showing its real true color by:
                        1) making myself run for loan approvals & sanctions; contrary to their promise of hassle free loan from BRD.
                        2) quoted price & price at the time of delivery was not matching.
                        3) Couldn't give a satisfactory justification for the price increase.
                        4) gave wrong commitment of figures as to my exchange offers.
                        5) left me unattended in their showroom by passing on the blames to all its staff for wrong pricing.
                        6) were willing to give me the car without Insurance,registration,road tax to negate the price difference.

                        After going through all this headaches, i canceled my loan from BRD & vehicle purchase.
                        As on date:-

                        1) Running pillar to pillar for my paid installment & basic charges to BRD
                        2) Begging BRD for my documents back.

                        written intimation is given to both entities on cancellation.

                        both Sai Service centre & BRD Securities officials make me run for reversal of DD amount to BRD, reason they quote for delay in giving my documents/money back. BRD says i have to pay my Second E.M.I since the loan is still active & they are silent on my cancellation letter given one month back. Sai Service center calls me for 1st service for a vehicle which is not taken delivery.

                        It is regretful to see such incidents happen even now in our country. I suspect fund adjustments between corporates in this case.

                          I have bought WAGONR DUO on 26-03-10 from SAI service, Deccan Pune. At the time of deliver, there was a small dent on the front right side door. When I complaint about it, they told me that they assure me that they will repair during first service. When I asked them during the first servicing they told me they have forgot and they will do in second one. I have lots of discussion but they requested me that they will do in second service. When I sent for second service they refused to the repair by saying that why you have taken the dented car. I told him all the things but still they were not agree to remove the dent. Also they told me that doi what ever you like, I will not repair the car.

                          Adding to this they have put reverse horn in my car a s part of deliverly. It stops working after two month of purchase. When I complaint about it, they told me that it is local made and it has no guarntee.
                          When I have discussion with Maruti sales executive, He told me that use only genuine Maruti product. Then How the dealer can use the local made reverse horn in my car.

                            Work Shop No[protected] on 17.09.2010 for servicing, initial they have quotation 9000 rs which comprises mounting pad Change-3500/-, Hub Greasing Rs. 3500/-, Wheel Aliment & Door Noise door Setting Rs. 3000/- & General service it was committed by them 2 days till 4 days no response & Update the status, while on approaching them on 6th day they have given the delivery with the invoice 10173/- without putting mounting pad & also advice to replace the battery immediate. however when was given for service battery was totally running condition.
                            it was never expect such poor service for mahindra cars form there service franchise we have lost confidence on mahindra cars now.
                            we had one more bad experience with AVS Motors andheri (Mahindra Salas & Service dealer )

                              I had booked a RITZ fire brick red color by paying amount of 40 thousand and for date fixed as July 7th even Sai service is agreed for that.

                              When i had arranged all the process and went of July 7th they said car was given to another customer and can you please choose another color

                              This is big cheating dont buy a car there.

                              So i had cancelled by booking they had deducted 1000 rs and given me 39 thousand only.

                              I suggested dont attract to Sai Service for buying a car.

                              when i search sai serviece thrissur i found new cars value. alto lxi 312382indian rupees, onroad rate.and total disscount 35000indian rupees.then i contact through the sales man, his name praveen (mobile no-[protected]).now he told me another rates almost 40000 rupees.more than their website value.here they(sai servies)use their company website for cheating publics.they told me more than one year they forget to update their new car rates .then now i need rights from forum.

                                I HAD TAKEN DELIVERY OF A SWIFT VDI NINE MONTHS AGO FROM SAI SERVICES, THRISSUR, KERALA. AFTER A FEW MONTHS I HAD FREQUENT TROUBLE WITH THE VEHICLE, I HAD TWO TYRE BURNOUTS FOR WHICH I GOT AN REPLACEMENT, INSPITE OF THE DFECT BEING DONE THERE IS STILL A SQUEAKING NOICE FROM THE BRAKE DRUM. THE VEHICLE WAS LEFT WITH THE DEALER THREE TIMES PRIOR TO THIS AND STILL THE PROBLEMS PERSISTS. I JUST TOOK MY VEHILCE ON 13TH OF APRIL 2010 AFTER A THOROUGH SERVICE, EVEN AFTER THAT THE PROBLEM STILL CONTINUES. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER B,COS I FIND IT DIFFICULT WITHOUT A VEHICLE.

                                  3RD REMINDER

                                  Hi

                                  This is my third reminder to your company about the complaint of my car. But i have not recieved any mail or call back with regards of the same despite of sending you 2 reminders.

                                  Due to no response from your end i called your service station at lower parel on 18th Jan. I was then informed that the car is ready and also the inspection of the car was done on 12th Jan 2010 without even informing me. Despite of me requesting earlier that i should be informed when the the engineer of Maruti will come for the inspection as i wanted to be present there personally when the inspections takes place.
                                  But i was informed only after my call that the inspection is already done on 12th Jan 2110 and i can come and check the car. I was told that the car has no defect and i will have to pay 18-25 thousand for the plastic parts.

                                  THIS ATTITUDE IS NOT EXPECTED FROM SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY.
                                  I have been a loyal customer of Maruti and Sai service. With such a bad post sale service i will never wish to buy any Maruti cars especially from Sai service and will never recommend others to ever buy any cars from Sai Services

                                  I have bought Maruti Swift Desire on 20th November 2009 from Sai Service ( Lower Parel ).



                                  On 18th December 2009 night my daughter was driving the car.

                                  She tried to slow down the speed of the car and when she braked instead of the car getting slow it was going zig-zag and the control of the steering was lost. The car then went and collided with a stationary bike parked on the left and then it turned to the right and collided into the divided.



                                  As per the description of the accident by my daughter and the people around that the break was pressed but the car did not stop for a while and only stopped when it collided at the divided. Hence I have concluded that there is a possibility that the stirring was not fit properly or there was something wrong with the breaks that the car did not slow down soon and I went zig-zag.



                                  The car being a new car should be in a perfect condition this should not occur. The car should be tested before the car leaves the company premises. If there were people around the accident could have been fatal and also dangerous to the people inside the car.

                                  Hence I have now sent the care to Sai Service on 20 December and I request you to kindly get the complete inspection done of the car.

                                  I have also reported the incident over the phone on your help line number and spoken to Mr Jai Prakash.



                                  I now request you to inspect the car completely and advice if there are some defects in the car and give us the accurate and truthful report of the same.

                                  If there are any defects in the car then I want the car to be replaced at the earliest without any delays.

                                  Absolutely disgusting for such a reputed company to harras the customers
                                  does any one at so called Sai Service centre actually go through this site ..cause i don't see any reply to the complaint made by the above customer. now i am skeptical about getting a car from here
                                  I have bought Swift VDI in November 2011, Engine # D13A1714783, Chasis # MA3FHEB1S00137654KB. At 11, 000 KM Clutch Plates failed and changed in September 2012. At 15, 000 KM the clutch plates failed again. When I asked them what will be the problem with the clutch plates?

                                  May be the real problem will be with something else, So I asked them to check the gear wheel and gear shaft. But M/s. Sai Service Station, Balanagar, Hyderabad, saying that it was the problem with the driving.

                                  I am driving the cars since 2005 and this one is my third one !

                                  Now the car is with the Service Station. And how often I have to change them ?

                                  So please find out the real problem & do the needful.

                                  They will call u more than four times before u purchase the car. Once u have purchased the car they will lift their hands UP, They will not receive your call or if they receive it, they will say they gonna call in few mins or few days and those few min or days will become hours and weeks, but no response. Atlast either u have to leave the case as it is or u need to file a consumer case.

                                  Totally disapponted by Sai Services. I think the upper management has lost the control over the Lower managemnet.

                                  1.After multiple reminders they have filled normal air along with nitrogen
                                  2.Took 4 days to complete the work. After that also some service work are pending. The irresponsible service person told to give them one more day. Since it was urgent I took my car back that day itself
                                  3.Heavily charged as Labor and tax. Almost 1500(tax+VAT) for 10, 000 work.and labor almost 2000.
                                  4.Before giving to service there was enough fuel (2 bars) and after service fuel got finished before reaching the next pump. Really struggled in the rainy night :(
                                  Again I have to find extra money to do the pending work.
                                  5.Also there was no feed back call from them.
                                  So my advise is that, never approach them in sales and service.

                                    I have given my car in Sai Service near Hill Palace, Tripunitura for some small repair. After two days they returned the vehicle after fisnishing the repair works and charged more than Rs. 4000/-. During that time I have changed the radiator coolent also. They have charges Rs. 350/- as per bill. On the very next day when I examined the radiator I found that the coolent is not changed the same old brown colored liquid is in the radiotor. I just take the vehicle in the same service station and told the technician (not the same old fellow) to check the radiotr coolent. He checked the liquid and asked to change the coolent immediately. I told the technician It was changed two days back. He told that 'some body cheat you. Then I explained everythging and the same incident was from the same station. Immediately he tried to save the service station and told that the technican sometimes forget to clean the radiator.

                                    So I request everybody to the give the vehicle for repair in this station to be careful about cheating and fraud activities.
