[Resolved]  Sai Services — Complaint AGAINST SAI SERVICE,COCHIN dealing is not satisfied

Hi all,
Please consider the below difficulty faced by me from your service centre named Sai Service, Tripunithura(Ernakulum).
My name is Gino George. I am writing this letter to you because; I bought an Alto LXi car from Sai Maruthi services. First of all I am very sorry to inform that I am not satisfied with the services which you provided to me as a customer. I am also working in the same industry. So I know how to consider a customer and delight the customer. But from your side I could find that very irresponsible. The executive called me and told, they will deliver the car at 24th Sep 2011. At 10 pm, But we got the car at 12.30.we waited there two and half hours for taking delivery. They didn’t offer any refreshments
More interesting was the way they deliver the Car. At the time of booking, Lijo (TL) offered that he will deliver the car with permanent registration, so I paid the entire road tax amount and registration cost. But just one day before delivery he called me and informed that, as per Sai policy he can do permanent registration only after delivering the car .finally I agreed. But they deliver the car without any paper related to the car that is, invoice, Temporary registration certificate, Insurance etc... Is this the procedure for deliver one vehicle from your side? Do you think is this fair? In the case of amount which they mentioned also have some discrepancy. In the delivery day they didn’t give the wheel cup,. For all the documents and details we had to go for last one week for this. It’s very unfair. After some days they gave the wheel cup. After traveling 2 KMs one of the wheel cups fell down the road and the traffic police given it back to us. That means that much poor service and the person who is working that are not well trained? Even if they didn’t know how top tight a wheel cup? They only gave the Manuel please see the Manuel how beautifully they filled. Also they told that one offer named ponnmutta (onam offer) will end on 30th Sep 2011. I asked this during delivery time, but Lijo (TL) told me that it is available only at head office (Edappally sai office) , so I have to go there and meet Ms Sujatha (CRM).So I had gone there on 29th Sep 2011 in that time they are telling that the coupons are not available with them ,will give on 1st Oct 2011.

3. Is this my address?
4. They won’t give any battery warranty card. When we asked they told battery card is not available they will fill it in the Manuel. Where is it?
Do you fill customer’s owners manual like this?. Another interesting thing was our sales executive offered to do under body coating, at the time of delivery onwards we asked its bill but they refused to give, after informing this at the time of PSF call, they have given me the under body coating bill and vehicle invoice .I checked this vehicle, I have not able to seen any evidence o[censored]nder body coating done .Because at the time of delivery the vehicle was not properly cleaned, lot of mud and dust was there in the vehicle
Sir, my parents bought me this car as my marriage purpose. Both pre and post sales of M Alto you’re your dealership filled me with chaos and we don’t know how what more support we will get from you. But expecting and believing that Maruti is the No 1 dealer in CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, hope that THE BEST WILL COME TO ME FROM YOUR END.

This was the complaint sent to the sai service customer complaint and they didnot respond for this. I am still facing issue. They are not trying to solve the problem. How come maruthi can give sanction for these type of locals to sell your esteemed products. Please try to slove this issue as early as possible.

Never buy new vehicle from Sai service edaoally and Perumbavoor be aware of them they do some manipulating in the vehicles afterwards they complaint s the costumes
Hifriends. if you already purchased a new vehicle from Sai service edapally or Perumbavoor recently you wash your vehicle fast and check it thoroughly outside .may be your paint washed off or they are selling test ride vehicle. I have the same problem from Sai perumbavoor
NEVER EVER go to Sai service PIRAVOM for any need.
they are totally IRRESPONSIBLE,
