I purchased samsung 1.5 ton split A.C. on 01.dec.2010.The moment I purchased this A.C. I am facing many problems till today.First in the starting its moving flap was making noise which was treated within 5-6 months and its gas was also got leaked from its compressor pipe,then technician visited here after many days and did welding in that pipe.Then again after 2-3 months A.C. gas got leaked and this time it was filled with not any kind of work done i.e. welding etc. and now its my third time and i am facing the same problem of gas leakage with 10months of my purchase. Within these 10 months of my warranty period I had to call there several times and 3 times for same problem(gas leakage).The technician has visited again saying this would be corrected within next few days.So,within 9-10 months only I have to call there several times,i haved faced same problem since starting.Sir,you can also check my call records in samsung customer care department.Please sir this time I want my A.C.to be replaced with new one as my warranty period of one year is going to be end on December as i dont believe that after my warranty termination this A.C would work fine.Please sir rectify my problem soon.
