samsung 1.5 a/c — services not given by company

i brought a new ac from chandra electronics, moosarambagh, hyderabad. it is just 12 days old. it has a very bad service. an engineer also came 2 see it but he went. the weather is also hot now adays. v r complaining from 10 days but no one came.
1.5 TON SPLIT AC — terrible service
This split AC is only two years old. There was an unusual noise from fan of the AC. A complaint filed on 12th April and complaint no is DL[protected]. Technician came two days later on 14th April. To my horror, power card had gone faulty and also the fan motor. I am shoked at the reliability of the whirlpool product to get such faults in a span of just two seasons.Since 14th till today (19th April) there is no call from customer care about rectification. I have again lodged the complaint with customer care and they have said that the mater will be looked into.
I am sure whirlpool will lose its customers very soon with this kind of customer service.

SAMSUNG SPLIT AC — Not Providing Service
Respected Sir,Here with this letter I am inform you that i am not satisfy with Samsung ac product because I have been purchase Samsung split Ac from Bhumi enterprise Sector 21 Gandhinagar on Dated 16/02/2008 and company given 1 year warranty and science last 25 days my AC is not working for that I have contacted dealer but till they are not given me reply and they don't care me please guide me what should i have to do.
