I have purchased a Samsung I589 on withe a Bill Date of 18the May 2012. With in a couple of Weeks. The Hand set started giving Problem. The phone gets Off suddenly while thee call is being made. This problem was very soon accompanied by another one when thee speaking Mic of thee Mobile went wrong and thee person at thee other end was could not hear anything. Initially I was told that it may be due to Network Problem however when thee loudspeaker of thee phone is turned on thee voice is being listened with out any problem at thee other end in thee same network. As I have a job when I need to be on Tour at least 15-20 days and I was fed up withe thee Problem when I was in Gaya, I took thee mobile to thee Samsung Service center. They After a lot of research told this was not a software Issue but thee problem was withe thee Hardware. The part was required to be imported from Delhi and thee problem was supposed to be fixed in 6 days. Today 12 days have passed but thee problem has not yet been fixed up. I fail to understand how come a New mobile comes withe problems to such an extent and is thee problem so Big that it requires so many days to get fixed up. If Yes then Samsung as a Company should review its Technology better before launching a New Technology like I589. Also thee Company needs to Audit the work process of thee service center as this amount of time taken by thee Service center reflects a lot of Samsung mobiles reaching for repairing. This again raises a question on the technology. Please look into thee matter and try to change my handset as I feel I have purchased not a New mobile but a repaired one for 13200 INR.

    I am Aditya Aggarwal a user of one of your product Samsung Galaxy Ace Gt-5830 Imei No [protected]

    Today I went to one of your service center in Mayur Vihar phase 1 (Vaishnavi Services), Actually today(30/06/2012) I was facing problem in my headset, it is not turning on since morning. Last night it was working fine and I had switched off it in a normal working condition (as switch it off every night on regular basis).

    I went to service center Where Mr Abhisek assisted me, Firstly he said that I have changed my phone's Charging jack , I replied why would I do it when my phone is under warranty. After this conversation Mr Abhisek Informed me that there is a problem in your charging jack and it will not come under warranty due to liquid damage.
    I was shocked because firstly I was informed that I have changed my phone's jack now it has a liquid damage.(as far my knowledge there is no liquid damage) I requested him to provide me a job sheet mentioning the same for which all the employees present their had denied.
    Just for the acknowledgement I left with no choice other than to speak to owner of the service center Ms Monica .
    I have suffered a lot just for the acknowledgement.
    Then also I was provided with the photocopy of service request (Bill no : [protected]).

    samsung galaxy ace gt s-5830 — bad service

    I have following problems in my mobile (samsung galaxy ace gt s-5830) after two services.
    1. low battery backup.
    2. heat up during charging.
    3.bad services.

      Dear Sir,
      This complaints about My Samsung Handset GT-I9003 which I bought it on 09.04.2011, and within three months I visited service center as my phone got shut with no reason, at that time they said there is problem in PBA and need to change and it was changed and again after 8 months I am facing same problem and I visited service center and service center guys are asking me to change the PBA, I wanted to know whether your company’s are not that durable enough, the cost to change is 4000.00 please let know your reply on the subject matter, if you want me to sent the mobile handset then please let me know

        I have deposited my hand set for repair to Rameshwer Traders (service center [protected]-add.3208/2 mahendra park rani bagh delhi 34) for repair in februry 2012 but it is not repaired properly .I have deposited it many times but they are enable to repair it. Last time I deposited it wide bill no. [protected] with a written complant after many phone calls nothing has been done so far.I want a new phone or my money back from the company.

          I buy a handset Samsung GT-6712(Sl N0-RQOB734665H) on 16.08.2011.Within 5 months its indicate automatic usb connection and scrolling of battery charging without any power.
          I give the handset at your Exclusive Service Center ,BABLI MEDIA CENTER;100,Briji Road,Garia,kolkata-700084 on 02.05.2012.
          They repair it and charged me Rs 350.00 .After 15 days the same trouble comes
          and due to staying long distance i produce it after 35 days. your service center again demand me Rs 300/- for the same fault.
          Service Center blaming that trouble comes for moisture which caused by me but after impairment same trouble comes in handset. They said verbally it is manufacturing defect but they also demanding Rs 300/- again second time.
          Sir if you study my complain heartily you will understand it nothing bat a manufacturing defect So I request you to take necessary action to replace my handset with new one .I am waiting for your Scientific decision

            Sir,

            I deeply regret to write you that i am very disappointed by the response from Samsung customer care & service center.

            I purchased a Microwave on 28th Jan 2012 (Scan Image of bill attached) from M/s Raj Tele Communications (Samsung Seconds Dealer) against bill no. 2840.
            On 17th June 2012, the microwave starts showing error on the Display (SE & E-47). I logged the complaint No. [protected] at around 04:00 PM on 17th June 2012. Engineer Visited on 21st June & after seeing the Machine & Bill he said that there is no serial no. mention on Machine so i can't be able to repair the machine under warranty. I show him the bill again but he rudely refuses to repair.

            I again complaint to customer care on[protected] & told the executive about the complete problem. The customer care executive assures me that the senior engineer will visit very soon but till 22nd June 2012 evening no one can visit or not any response from Samsung customer care. I again call to customer care & again told them the complete story to the executive, he also assures that the senior engineer will visit very soon.

            I again logged complaint on 28th June 2012 & told the executive that I am harassed by your response & if you can’t handle the complaint please tell me so i can go with the legal process.

            Still I’m not having any satisfactory response from Samsung’s end.

            I think that there is not any responsible employee in the system that solves my problem.

            Today on 29th June 2012 at around 15:36 hrs i received call from Samsung Service Center, Kota. Mr. OmPrakash on the line & he told me to bring the machine to Service center. I ask him that is it get repair under warranty or not?? He told that we try the best. When i reached at center they check the machine & say the same that we can’t repair as the machine is not having serial no. sticker.

            I want to ask a simple question that a general customer visits the Home Appliances shop, selects any model & purchase... But at the time of purchase nowhere it was written that you need to have serial no. on the machine.... As a general customer I visited Samsung dealer, select the machine Model, take bill & pay the money with the assurance that i purchase a Multinational Company's Product & i expect the good services from the company representatives....

            Please help as i am very harassed.

              Around 9 months back i purchased a Samsung LCD 32" TV from Reliance Digital, Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad through Bajaj Finance on installment. At the time of purchase the representative of Bajaj Finance told me that they will provide me an EMI card through which I can purchase any items on installment. Till date I have not received my EMI card from your end. Mention must be made here is that the installment is very near to end.
              Kindly do the needful to get the EMI card at the earliest.

                A.C . Model # AS185TKAXXTL
                1.5 tons Split

                I had Purchased this Ac in March 2010 , on installation of this AC , the installers found out that the unit was faulty which was replaced ,
                after which all our troubles have begun ,
                problems in AC ,
                1) Water dripping
                2) Noise in the unit
                3) No Cooling ,

                we had to call the samsung service for the repairs , and the engineer came within 24 hours only to inform that there was a service charge for his visit , we paid the same . and he said the gas is leaked it has to be put once again and left
                the very next day another agency called claiming from Samsung for a visit upon his he once again demanded his visit charge ,
                the same way we had 3 more people call and visit our place but there was no solution , to the problem
                till I lost my cool and put in a complain at the samsung service and informing that this is what his "agency " was up to
                the got the problem resolved by filling the gas back

                fast forward march 2012 ( with a lot of problems in between )

                we faced the problem of the a/c once again -
                1) water leaking ,
                2) noise
                3) no cooling ,

                I once again called up the samsung service center and once again promptly the engineer comes for a visit 24 hours ,
                this time from "Fridge cool services "
                once again we had to pay his visit charges , and his identification for the problem was the condenser had to be replaced ,
                and claiming that the company puts an all aluminum condenser and cannot be repaired " but he will get a copper condenser from the company " which will cost total of 7150/- ( condenser + gas + transport )
                having no choice I agreed ,
                after 10 days of continuous follow up finally the AC arrived ,
                on starting the AC there was another noise that could be heard every time there was cut off
                on questioning the engineer " it was nothing " I gave him only 70% of the payment and told him will give it a test and pay the balance in a week
                Ofcourse within a week , the ac was not cooling , the noise had got much worse ,
                upon calling the Fridge cool person - he had no explanation for the same , but demanded his balance money till he can get the same rectified ,
                upon calling samsung service center and registering a complain , once again the whole process starts another authorized engineer comes demanding his fees , to check the unit and follow 2 more agencies ,
                this time around all 3 engineers have a different result
                agency 1 - sir your gas has leaked
                agency 2 - sir your sensor is not working
                agency 3 - sir your compressor is spoilt and has to be replaced !( this is under warranty but will be replaced for free but you will have to pay service charge for replacement )

                this was weeks old story ( currently we are in June end ) and there is still no solution to the problem
                current situation is that a complain has been registered with samsung but there is no one to take care of the problem and the ac is still not working since no one has yet figured out what more excuse do they come up with to get more money out o[censored]s

                IS there going to be a solution or I should just let the ac at my place not working or just live with the fact that samsung has duped us in selling faulty units combined with the cartel of authorized agencies that they have tied up with ?

                can anyone help ???

                Samsung Airconditioner 1.5 ton — low category of condenser

                I had purchased two air conditioners of 1.5 ton model number 18zkc from Great Eastern company (Tollygunj) on 31.1.2010.At the time of installation the fan of the A.C. was not functioning.At that particular moment a complaint was lodged which was rectified after three days.After few months the same A..C. was not cooling .Then again another complain was lodged (BP NO [protected] dt 24.06.10).The AC was taken to the service centre and feed back given to me by the company as that of condensor leakage and was rectified and again re -installed after twelve days.
                The second AC which I have purchased with same model no and same showroom started with the same problem as less cooling and the display board was not functioning. Again a complaint was lodged on 19.08.10. with BP NO [protected]

                The brand name of Samsung is famous as it is luring thousands of customers where the after sales service is very poor as I am facing a serious problem with my two AC.When both my AC were in service centre I had a telephonic conversation with Mr Ojha who is supposed to be ASM of Samsung AC.I requested him to change the allumunium condensor to copper condensor as I have learnt from the market as Samsung has experimented with the above condensor in these lots. My experience with the above mentioned ASM was extremely bitter that I have committed a big mistake by purchasing Samsung AC.
                Its been a week since I have put my complaint on this page,
                after a couple days in the phone calls that I got from Samsung, I thought that my a/c would be repaired, But I was wrong,
                the a/c is still not working and like before there were visits to my place,
                Day 1) sir the gas has leaked ... only needs refilling we will come tomorrow to fill it ( in writing )
                Day 2) sir on re- checking the gas condenser has to be replaced we will come tomorrow once again
                Day 3 ) Sir actually on checking there is gas leak, the condenser has to be replaced and the compressor has also replaced, your total expense is 11, 000/- ??? we can offer you 10% discount !!!

                so Basically we are still at a stand still the ac has still not be repaired and now there is no where to turn

                on the other hand - Fridge COOL Services ( who claimed to be the authorized service engineer )
                sir the condenser is perfect - The compressor is spoilt now because Samsung service engineer has kept it open and tried to repair it
                now you have to change the compressor or speak to samsung company to give you a compressor replacement

                I dont know where to go now, isnt there anybody that can help us and solve this matter ???

                  We have purchased Samsung Galaxy Y GT-S5360 on Sunday (24/6). I am really disappointed in noticing that the earphones that has been provided is not functioning. Also the SD 2GB memory card that was given complimentary to this handset has crashed in 2 days o[censored]sing the phone. We have barely installed 5 applications from android market (they are not even 500 MB in size). Yet it has crashed.

                  This is not the quality of service that was expected from your Company. Please look into this and replace the impacted parts ASAP.

                      I have purchased one mobile phone model no GT-B7722 QKUINU ,with s/n [protected] manufactured by Samsung Electronics Vietnam co., Ltd, Imported and marketed by Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. on 01/08/2011 from Eastern Logica Infoway Ltd EMALL showroom, kolkata vide tax invoice no EL12/S1116. I faced a critical problem in my hand set which is as while making or receiving any call the flashlight start lighting automatically, for this some time I have faced a horrible situation in public places people seems I am taking photograph of them. Any way I have given the set for servicing and rectifying my set's problem in a Samsung Service Center S.M. Services 134//R/1, NETAJI COLONY,BESIDE KOLKATA 700090 on 18.06.2012.
                      My service request number is Bill No [protected] warranty status under FULL WARRANTY. During handing over my hand set to them I have requested them to provide me a standby set because they did not confirmed me how long it will take time to servicing. But they did not provide me the stand by due to the unavailability of the same. While not getting any feedback from the service center and service center no [protected],[protected],[protected] I write an email to support.[protected]@samsung.com stating my detail problem and request them to inform me the status of my issue and for servicing I can effort maximum 4days. On 23.06.2012 they reply to my mail stating that they will provide me a standby set and get back to me as soon as possible, but not yet informed me about my main issue regarding servicing me hand set. Then I collected the stand by set from them to show honor to their offer. My set was having feature of Dual sim active and video calling facility and I made too much of video call for my profession, the stand by set was not equivalent in features with my set, no video calling nor dual sim supporting system. So again I mailed support.[protected]@samsung.com and marked c.c to'rajiv.[protected]@samsung.com'; 'myeong.[protected]@samsung.com' and request them to informed my about the status of my service request on 25.06.2012 but as on date I did not get any positive feedback/mail from them stating a clear scenario regarding my issue. Mean while they called me from the telephone number +[protected] on 25.06.2012 and I called them on 27.06.2012 to the C.C. number [protected] but resulting to know any update to my issue. meanwhile 10 days passed out and now I am facing a huge problem which I can't explain.

                      Is there any way to know about my service request status from samsung or any Govt. dept who can forced them to do while the product they have sold under Full warranty period for me because I feel totally helpless.


                      Please advice the kind necessary procedure to be follow.

                      Samsung — did not repair while in warranty

                      Sir,

                      With due regards, I would like to say something regarding one product which I have purchased few month back.
                      Sir, I have purchased one Samsung Mobile Model No. B 220 on dated 23.05.2009 from Delhi. After few month of working it got hanged. Then I bring my mobile to Samsung Service Centre Moti Nagar for repairing on dated 19.08.2009. and my work order no. is WA [protected].
                      But I am still waiting for repairing of my mobile. I do not know what is the main problem and what happened to my mobile.

                      Please help me to solve my problem.

                      Samsung Mobile Phone — about warranty of phone

                      I have bought duel SIM mobile phone model C6112 bearing sr. no. [protected]/9 on 18 Dec 2010, the warranty of phone is one year. My phone got defected,many lines appears on screen,everyday one or two line increases. I have shown my phone to authorised samsung service center at Moga Punjab,but said service center is not accepting my phone for repair on the pretext that they do not have spare parts to repair the phone.

                        I had a problem with voice quality of my 15days old smartfone samsung galaxy siii which i boughtfor 37000 Rs. I went to the authorised samsung mobile service centre at sri ram tower , ashok marg ,lucknow,UP,India and they asked me to submit the fone to them at 12pm noon and called me back at 7pm.when i went back at 7pm i saw all my data was erased and fone formatted without prior information and phone was still having the same voice quality problem.when i compained about the same again,they fixed the problem in front of me and that too after making me wait for an hour. And to my surprise the technical department head told me that we need to change the pcb of your phone.i asked how can a pcb go bad in just 15 days,about which i didnt get a proper reply probably because he was not properly trained to attend a problem for galaxy siii. And the worst scenario was that he changed my phone's pcb with a used old phone's pcb.when i complained regarding the same he started arguing that he had used a new pcb which made me very very angry as he was lying.in theend he gavethe worst service anybody could ever give.what i think is thatsamsungonly knows how to sell such expensive mobilefones but they do no know how to take care of the complaints that their customers have.if they do not fix my problem very soon i will never buy a samsung product in future and willescalate this issue even further.

                          I have bought a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone online, from official Sam sung site

                          Where I paid 40,200 INR instead of 39,000 INR in a local Croma store.Which is okay ,as i was aware of the price at the time of purchase.

                          Now Fedex tells me that i need to pay them 2,422 INR to get the phone ,as the invoice says the receiver will bear the Bill taxes and Duty.

                          Dear Customer.

                          On any purchase made on estore, you don't need to incur any additional cost to get your product delivered at your doorstep.

                          I request you to kindly check with the courier and ask for the detail of these charges.

                          We don't charge any amount for delivery or anything else apart from payment made on estore.

                          When Contacted the Fedex Courier service customer care they say
                          Hi,
                          In the attached invoice the Sam sung has marked the bill duty and taxes to a recipient and hence there was OCtroi charges levied on phone because it is costing more than 5K.
                          So send this invoice to the Sam sung and ask them why they have charged Bill duty & taxes to be paid by us? Its mentioned in the invoice [6 - b].

                          In case I had to pay this extra cost,Sam sung needs to notify me at the time of purchase before billing me , not as a surprise at the time of delivery.
                          And in case Sam sung says I don't have to pay any extra cost,as stated in the email,then Fedex is trying to take money from me for no reason
                          So its either Sam sung India or Fedex India who is trying to take money from me.making the cost of the phone 42,622 INR

                              Here I am writing you to seek a help from you to get my money back from Samsung.

                              I tried a lot, visited service center several times, called up their customer care many times but didn’t get any resolution.

                              Actually I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note last month on dated 19/05/2012, it got dead on Wednesday 20th June, suddenly while using.
                              This is my mistake that after facing lot of trouble with my previous phone Samsung Galaxy SL I9003, I didn’t get the lesson, again I recommended Samsung.

                              Now I feeling like be cheated, they sold me the crap, I can’t use a repaired phone in just a month after expensing Rs.32712.00.
                              I just begged Samsung Care to refund my money I can’t trust on them anymore, there is no durability of their too costly phones, I will go ahead and purchase iphone4 instead o[censored]sing a repaired or replaced crap Samsung phone.

                                I was searching for a dual sim CDMA+GSM mobile handset with 3g feature in GSM. I contacted a Samsung Hub named Savera Marketing Agency P. Ltd., 71, Bentick Street, Ground Floor, (G C Avenue Crossing), Kolkata -13. Miss Manisha (technical trained staff of Samsung) there guided me about Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos. She told me that the mobile works on both CDMA & GSM sim and also runs with 3G facility with 3.1 mbps speed on both the sims. I then bought a Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos mobile from Savera Marketing Agency P. Ltd. (Invoice no. BH-SAM-RI-01372 dt. 14.03.12). Returned home, I cheked that 3G does not work on any sim. I use MTS cdma and BSNL/vodafone gsm sim but 3G does not work on any sim.

                                As my residence is far away from the above shop, I cannot go there regularly. However I again went to Savera on 19.03.12 (taking leave from my office) and returned the mobile for the above mentioned reason. Miss Manisha told me that she will talk with the company.
                                In the next week, again I took leave from my office and meet Miss Manish. She told me that she was earlier infromed from company person that the phone runs with 3G facility on both cdma and gsm sim but later she came to know that 3G facility is available only with CDMA sim. But, the phone does not support 3G facility even on CDMA SIM.
                                I then request her to allow me to change the mobile with any other model with higher price against paying the difference amount. She told me that she will dicuss with company person regarding the same. But the matter is still pending and the handset is lying with the dealer. I reiterated to him that I do not want my money back instead I want to buy a different model of Samsung Mobile handset with 3g facility by paying the difference amount, if any.
                                Then I lodged a complain to Samsung Customer Care with the above details (Complain no. [protected] DATED 18.04.2012) and requested them just to allow exchange of the handset with another model but they have nto taken any decision till now but repeatedly tell me to wait, they are considering.

                                    Sir, I had purchased Samsung Galaxy S2 in September 2011 and it is still under warranty. Its "HOME" button has become loose and its floating from sides. I have tried in 2 Authorised service centres in Madhapur but they are not ready to repair it or replace the handset saying that the problem is not major. So will the problem be major after the button will get off completely or my warranty will expire? I want an immediate action for my handset.                                       I bought a Samsung 3D TV 6600WR in PAI International Indiranagar branch on 10/05/2012. There was an offer to give 4 pairs of 3D glasses free when you buy this TV.

                                      These 3D glasses were not delivered along with TV and they promised it will be delivered in a week. Even after seven weeks, till date I did not receive the 3D glasses.

                                      Everytime I call up to the stores manager, he tells a story that there is an internal problem which is causing the delay. At times they say they have a Auditing and Billing problem with Samsung etc.

                                      I dont see a point buying a 3D TV without 3D glasses, and a pair of 3D glasses to buy is very expensive.

                                      I am not sure who can take action against these guys.

                                        I have purchased SAMSUNG LCD TV 32" Model No.A32A450 on 17/10/2008. It stopped working on 17th June 2012 and we compaint it on 18th June with complain No.[protected],

                                        on the same day the engineer visited and informed that one circuit is completely failed and need to replace. He at the same time kept request for the new circuit and

                                        informed that it is not available in Ahmedabad and will be arranged from the head office godown and it may take 2-3 days to come.

                                        After that it has been 6 days we have not got our TV repaired, nobody came with part for repairing the same. When we are calling in customer care, they are not able to

                                        give proper answer that what is the exect status of our part, when it will come and when our TV will get repaired.

                                        We want to complain regarding this that we want our TV repaired immediately, this much time is too much to wait for. We request you to look into the matter and do the

                                        needful to get our TV repaired. We cannot accept that company like SAMSUNG takes this much of time for repairing and giving good service. We hope it will be better to

                                        bring to your kind attention for getting the problem solved fast.
