Samsung 1. 5 Ton Split Ac — AC IS NOT WORKING

Dear Sir,
we havepurchased the 1.5 ton a/c 5No And 1No of 2ton A/C of samsung Company. One of the A/C of 1.5ton is not working.We have registered a complain with BP NO [protected]. but still no action has ben taken. So we feel that we have made a great mistake purchasing samsung product.We have purchased the A/C on 10/07/09.Please take some strict action that our A/C could repaired as soon as possible.
