I have purchased Samsung Corby TEXT mobile on 16/6/10 Wednesday in Medhipatnam mobile store and i have lost my mobile on 19/6/10. i have given a F.I.R in Humayun Nagar police station Mehdaipatnam Hyderabad.

I asked the mobile store people about the insurance but they are saying that they are not having that facility..so kindly look into this matter and do the need full..so kindly help me...

Samsung corby TXT — mobile cannot be connected to laptop

I bought a Samsung Corby TXT mobile 2 weeks back.I tried to connect the mobile to my laptop after installing the driver CD.But still the mobile is not getting detected.I ve installed both Samsung PC studio and Device driver.Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

i m one o[censored]r customers...i recently bought a samsung corby txt (gt-b 3210) for myself...suddenly i faced a problem that my earphones are not working properly...i contacted the dealer from which i bought the phone. They say that they cant bear the Guarantee/Warranty of accessories and told me to contact the Samsung Customer Care...when i reached the customer care center in sector-8 (near Sai Baba Chowk) they are saying that it will take 25 days or more to exchange the earphones as the company is not supplying samsung phones accessories...i request u to exchange my earphones as soon as possible....

    I have Complaint many times at gurgaon service centre & one time at Hapur(Gzb) service centre but problem not resolve.

        We, Rajat Pharmachem Limited, Ankleshwar are one of the users of Samsung Corby Model No. Speed F - 339, CDMA HAND SET from M/s. Rajdeep Agecny, Ankleshwar vide bill No. 470 dated 10.06.2010. We are facing following problems :
        1. Battery discharge quickly without using of hand set.
        2. Hand set is getting hand at the time of setting of ring tone.
        3. While setting Memory card, the hand set get automatically switched off.

        At the time of procurement of hand set, the owner / shop keeper had given a warranty to replace the instrument. We have complaint after 3-4 days after procurement of hand set from above said party, he replied that you go to service station and get it repaired. The Party, neighter give response nor he is replacing the instrument.

        We are little-bit upset with the performance of the dealer and request you to look into this and do the needful.

          I bought a Samsung SCH 379 on 18/07/2009 from Drive India Enterprise Solutions Limited, G-10/11, Sector 18, Noida vide invoice no. I2009-10/[protected] which is an authoised dealer for Samsung Mobile Sets. Due to problem in charging, handset was given to CEE EMM Services, Shop no. 8,9,10 Ground Floor, Raj Place, Humuk Singh Market, Atta, Sec.27, Noida. But to my utmost grief and dissatisfaction, till today neither have got my phone nor have the refund. This despite me and my wife visiting service centres many times, calling people on daily basis resulting into mental egony, harrassement and hypertention.

          What do I do or whom should I approach am still searching.

          I bought a Samsung SCH 379 on 03/12/2009 from cariano telecom pvt. ltd. 6-e, kamla nagar, delhi-110007 which is an authoised dealer for Mobile Sets.a month later it had a problem wid its software and gradually stopped working.so i gave it to the service center in rajouri garden where the problem got sorted.but just after 15 days it again had the same problem and for next 6 months same procedure was repeated 5 times.the last time i gave it to a service center in rudrapur, i recieved the phone after 1 and half months later with the software and added mother board problem.its still not working and i am pissed off.
          what should i do??...

          Samsung India Enterprises/ Mobile Phone — Mobile Repair

          15days back I had gone to service centre of Lajpat Nagar of Samsung for network problem faced in phone. They said they will change the mother board i said ok, when i took my phone back the phone was not even detecting the sim card. I gave the phone back and then after a day i took it again and tried to call but neither i was able to hear something nor say something. I went back then they did somthing and said it is fine now, when i came back the same problem arised along with it no song was ringing. I again visited they changed the mike of the phone and said now it is working. But the sitauation is still the same and now they say we have replaced everything we don't know what to do.

          I don't know what kind of service center they are running, they don't know anything, customer has to visit 10 times to get one thing rectified. I have now even forgotten for what problem i gave the phone to them and 10 other problems have arrived in that. They are not trained properly just sitting to spoil the phone and torture the customer.

          Now, nothing is working in this mobile. I request samsung to replace my phone ASAP.

          As stated above and as per the discussion, I have not received any kind of call from your concerned department till date.

          Please take the same in serious manner as this is giving unnecessary sufferings.

          Request you to refund my amount as I don't want to suffer any more and I cannot follow you guys too any more also I have visited enough times to your service center.

          ON THE TOP EVERY TIME YOU GUYS ARE PROMISING THAT YOU WILL GIVE ME A CALL WITHIN 3 DAYS AND TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY.

            I want to inform you that I am Dr Prabhat Mishra and Dental Surgeon.I had purchase Samsung Bluetooth headset WEP 450 at chawla and chabbra brothers 118/171, kaushalpuri, gumti no-5, kanpur-208012 and TIN NO:[protected] 0n dated 8-5-2010 but after 1 day Bluetooth was not working properly and it was in warranty period so that time I call in where i purchase and they told me to go to service centre. I went to samsung service centre, swaroop nagar, kanpur where i was told that device will be replaced in 7 days. i went there again after a week they say this model is not in stock and it will take 2o day and after 20 day again say same think and not ready to replace and in total they take 45 days and not resolve the problem and when I talk to senior he also say same think and after many call and regular follow to say same think .in this 60 days only they making me a fool.I am very fade up and these shows the untrained person are working in the samsung service centre,swaroop nagar, kanpur and whole kanpur and this incident reflect the company image for some irresponsible person those who are work in service centre ,kanpur and his team leader .if possible replace my buetooth model no WEP 450 as soon as possible since it had been approx 2 months .if the model is not in stock so why sell it .I pay for model Samsung Bluetooth WEP 450 so why I take another model if it is not in stock so refund my money. so do needful as soon as possile and take action against serviceman who work on service centre,swaroop nagar and his team leader who don’t know any think big ?? both of them. PLEASE HELP SOON.

            Samsung — Issue is not resolving since 45 days

            Ref: Complaint Number [protected] on before: 10th August, 2011

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            1. I have given complaint to Samsung Customer care for my Front Loading Washing Machine giving lot of sound. (I didn't remember exact date but it was on before 10th August, 2011).

            2. After one week from my 1st complaint, local Samsung representative (S.S Associates, Kukatpally, Hyderabad) has came and told me that, washing machines should have to carry to Workshop and that person left.

            3. After giving couple of call to customer care, another person came from the same company mentioned above, told me that, problem with "Drum" and has to be changed at Workshop. And given esitmation for the work around Rs.6000/-. And also told me that, "Drum has to be order to Samsung and need to be come from Gurgaon, once received tha Drum we will shift to Workshop"

            4. After 9 days from last visit of service engineer, washing machine has taken to workshop by S.S Associates.

            5. After so many calls (around 10 times) to S.S Associates and Samsung Customer care, Washing machine return back to my home. (16th August)

            6. Wondering here is, machine has sent to customer place without working state. Machine sent to customer place without checking at Workshop.

            7. I am calling so many time to Customer care and local workshop. but, my problem is not resolving...
            Samsung customer center people always telling the same like " we are escalating the issue with our supervisor" and there is no use...

            It's very wonder, Taking more than 45 days to resolve issue with Samsung washing machine.

              Sir, i have bought your esteemed company mobile, namely , GT - C3212 DUAL SIM MOBLE ON dt 21/06/2010 at the cost of Rs.3,700/- at RAJAHMUNDRY , ANDHRA PRADESH. On 01/07/2010 the above said mobile is not working . It is just displaying it's series number and your company name and not responding. Immediately , i approached the company mobile servicing centre and lodged my complaint and handed over the set to them. They have registered my complaint give me a receipt. IT'S WORK ORDER No. 2506.dt: 01/07/2010. Yesterday i approached them and learnt from them that the set is under board problem - so that , the problem is beyond their hands and the set has to be sent to the SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE , VIJAYAWADA. Sir, i am suffering a lot without the set. I THINK WHEN A BRAND NEW SET IS WITH BOARD PROBLEM ......... IT IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT......... SO , REPLACE THIS DEFECT SET WITH A NEW ONE.               samsung c3212 — Defective Hand

              I bought Samsung C3212 mobile handset six months back, this set hangs 10 to 15 times a day and problem while disconnecting. I gave it to authorized samsung repair center 4 times (3 times in Belgaum & once in bangalore). The service engineers every time told some issue with software and uploaded the software, and once they changed its pcb and returned next day. But the problem remains the same. I want its replacement. i am very frustrated. kindly help.

                I bought a 1.5 Ton window AC on 26 April '09 from Samsung's Outlet in New Alipore. The machine stopped fuctioning after a year and two months after purchased and a complaint was lodged accordingly against BP No. [protected]. I was told on 21 June '10 that the machine's condensor has cracked leading to discharge of the refrigerent and hence need to be replaced. I was miffed with the idea of having to pay for the repairs as the AC was seldom used and it was only 14 months old. I howver asked to proceed with the repairs and I was told that the service centre did not have any stocks on condensor coil and I have to wait for about 4 days to get the repair done. Till date, (3rd of July '10) I have not recieved any positive response on my machine owing to lack of condesing units with the service centre.
                I never expected, I could have such a bad response from a company like Samsung !!!

                We dont like samsung A.C becouse we Have taken It 40 day's Before It Does Not Work properly
                I have made several Calls to the Customer Care Center of Samsung, Service Agency, Service Engineer of Samsung for no use even after 2 day's

                samsung/1.5 ton window A.C. — BAD SERVICE

                I have purchased a 1.5 ton Samsung brand window A.C. on 19.3.2005 spending Rs.18, 200/-. The dealer issued a warrantee card which says " warranty gives a comprehensive for all parts except plastic grill and filter for 12 months; and for all sealed parts for 60 months". When the A.C. has gone out of order during June, 2008, the Customer Care Centre of Samsung has entrusted the job of attending to my complaint to M/S G.Tech Services, Hyderabad which in turn took my A.C. for repairs on 9.6.2008 and delivered the same after 10 days and collected Rs.1331/- towards filling the coolant gas. The A.C. worked only for 10 days. Once again the A.C. was taken by the same Authorised Service Agency on 15.07.2008 and did not return it saying the Condensing Coil which has to be replaced, is presently not supplied by the Company as Samsung has stopped production of this part. When contacted, the Service Engineer, who is in-charge of A.P. says he will pay me the value of the unit after applying 44% depreciation and there is no warrantee for this part. I fail to understand :
                -- the meaning of the word in the warrantee card"sealed parts"
                --- when the company stops supplying the spares within 3 years there is meaning in issuing a warrantee for 60 months.
                -- how a service engineer can decide the value of my prpoerty.

                Even today the A.C. unit is with the Authorised Service Agency of the SAMSUNG .

                I have made several Calls to the Customer Care Center of Samsung, Service Agency, Service Engineer of Samsung for no use even after 2 months

                Samsung Window AC — Poor service & false commitments

                I first made a complint on 7th April and the service engg picked up the AC on 8th saying the fault is bcoz of gas leakage, they returned the AC on 10 and the first time i switched on the AC it was not working, since 25th April till 30 the service centre kept on promising some engg would visit in 2 hrs but it took them 5 long days to pick the AC and now the compressor was gone, and they comitted to return the same on 2 ns may and today i am sitting on 3rd may every time i all customer care i get a comitment but no result.

                I WISH SOME ONE AT SAMSUNG READS IT OR ELSE IT WONT BE TOO LONG BEFORE SAMSUNG BECOMES HISTORY

                Samsung - Window Ac - 1.5 ton — No Service/reinstallation

                Hi,

                I'm having Samsung Window AC (1.5T). I've registered a complaint ( # [protected])almost a month back for the service of the same & also reinstalling the AC as it was not cooling properly.
                I was given the details of the charges also for the same which I was agreed too. Now its been almost a month & whenever I call them up to check if some1 is coming or not. At first place they keep us on hold for almost 10 minutes & thereafter the usual reply comes that their executive will come tomorrow for the same but noone turned up so far.

                Could you help me in this matter.

                Samsung Window AC — Poor repair of AC

                Sir

                Since last 2 months the samsung is repiring the window AC installed in my house. 2 times they have taken the air conditioner to their works and atleast 10 times they have visited the house still they are not able to repir the air conditioner. While talking to customer care and service agencies they misbehave and give false commitment and we are helpless.

                Please help in this regard.

                LG (1.5 ton window AC) — pathetic response from customer care and service center

                I have bought a 1.5 ton window ac (LG) on 03 march 09. On 23 jun 09 it stopped working. 25 jun 09 i have booked a complaint through customer care ref no.(s9c[protected] and i was told that i will get a call within 2 hrs. But to my surprise no body called me that day, so i called up customer care again and they gave me another number to call at. I called them up and they came in the evening next day and on inspecting the ac found that the FAN inside is broken and assured me that i will be replaced the next day.I waited for their call and the next whole day but no body turned up. someway i got their service mangers number (Mr. Purushotaman, chennai) and everytime i call him he assures me that he will call me back in 5 minutes but never calls me and when i call him back he says "oh, sir i am really sorry i forgot". The same episode is continuing and my ac is still unserviceable and nobody neither from the customer care nor from the service center is providing me the information. I request to replace my ac with a new one and i promised my self to never look at any of the LG products in the future and will warn other also from doing that.

                SAMSUNG 1.5 TON AC — Company not providing service during the warranty period

                This has reference to My BP No [protected] and Complaint regarding my split AC 1.5 ton bought in April 2009.

                The AC is making vibratory noise from first day of purchase and from then I am raising complaints to samsung call centre and dealer for around 15 times.

                Every time complaint, I got a standard answer that our engineer will visit you today, but nothing happened for last three months. I got feedback from Samsung call centre that my first complaint was closed on the basis of samsung engineer feedback that the house was locked which was also a false feedback.

                After that rigorous follow up from my side, but nobody wakes up. I am only getting some calls from samsung various people that somebody will visit today, tomorrow or so on.

                I won’t stop here and I will go to consumer forum and sumsung higher authorities as whatever written warranty provided by Samsung is null and void as nobody is acting on it.

                Samsung/1.5 Ton Split AC — AC not working within warranty period

                I had purchased Samsung 1.5 Ton Split AC in the name of Sanjeevani from Rohit Refrigeration company(34,Creek Row Kolkata-14) vide invoice no. RRC/09-10/0424 dt 04 Jul 09. Model Samsung AS 18NBXT2 Serial no. A234TZLS601165. It was installed on the shop on 05 Jul 09 but after few days found no cooling effect.Complain was registered by Samsung vide docket no [protected] dated 29 Jul 09. In the mean time M/s Rohit has checked that gas has released and they filled the gas. But again the same problem occured and service centre had removed the AC on 31 Jul 09 and delivered after repairing vide challan no. 1166 and certified no problem with the AC except gas leak and subsequently changed the pipe line and filled the gas Again the problem occured i.e. not cooling.Complain is lodged vide same docket no. dated 10 Mar 2010 and been asked for replacement of new one as it is within warranty period.M/s Rohit had checked and found problem of oil leaking from pipeline and declared that problem persists in the AC itself. Now I want the AC should be replaced by a new one at the earliest.How can a AC become inoperative after months.I doubt about the product quality of Samsung which they regularly brings to the notice of millions of customer via electronic media.Its really amazing how a company gives guarantee about their product and declares that they are the topmost company.They should feel ashamed of cheating customers.
                I really want to take action against the company if they does not replace a new AC at the earliest which is within the warranty period. They are simply hampering my business for which I will seek compensation.

                Samsung 1.5 Ton Window AC — AC NOT INSTALLED AFTER GIVING 5-10 REMINDERS

                Dear Team

                I purchased a 1.5 TON Window AC from Ghaziabad(U.P.) on 08-04-10 from Tirupati Distributors Vaishali-Ghaziabad.The address for the installation is Gurgaon,I asked to the shopkeeper to send the guy for installation but he suggested to call on SAMSUNG Service Centre No.for Installation,on 09-04-10 ,i looged a complaint for installation & they provided me the BP No.[protected] & the as per the customer care executive the AC will be installed in three days & also he gave me the assurance the Intallation team will call before coming,but today is 14-04-10 & still the AC is not insalled.

                I called thrice on 13-04-10 to the call centre always the customer care executives said the the Installation team will call in half an hour & in evening he gave me the mobile no.of Service Manager [protected] but the same no was not answering always It was ringing but no one was ready to give the Proper response.

                I suugest to all the customer don,t rely on customer care executives.

                Kindly help to resolve the issue.

                10 April 2010 (pm) : Some one came to check
                11 April 2010 ~1800 hrs : Two persons came and took away the AC to bring
                back the AC the following evening.
                12 April 2010 : Nothing happenend.
                13 April 2010 (10:00 hrs) : Called [protected] to complain; was promised
                AC back by 180-0hrs that day.
                14 April 2010 (10:00 hrs) : Called Kaiser Electonics (Samsung Authorized
                Service Centre); promised a call back. Nothing
                happened. Called [protected] (pm); was given
                Manager's number; I called; was promised a
                call back. Nothing happened.
                15 April 2010 (10:00 hrs) : Called Manager's number (10:45 hrs); she let me
                talk to someone, who promised to call back within
                half an hour. Nothing has happened till now, i.e.
                16:15 hrs.

                There seems to be no end to this. What kind of a customer service is this?
                I am deeply disappointed.

                Service Centre); promised a call back. Nothing happened.
                23 April 2010 (10:00 hrs) : AC comes installed, i.e.
                24 April 2010 (10:00 hrs) : AC again given no Coooling Problem, call the customer care i.e.
                25 April 2010 (10:00 hrs) : Nothing happened.
                26th April : one person comes and reported again gas leakage problem and required to took again to service center.
                27th april : nothing happened

                lets see when this matter will finish, i am totally agree with another guy, requested other not to buy this product

                I have purchased Samsung 1.5 TN AC five months back. I have reported a display problem in the AC on 3rd July and yet to have any service engineer visiting my place. I have given four transaction no so far for the complaint.

                I have given complaint for display problem in my split AC on 3rd July and today is 21st July and am yet to get any service engineer visiting my place. I have been constantly in touch with the Customer Service No.[protected]/[protected]. I spoke to the so called senior folks in the customer service line and they assured literally everyday starting 3rd July that some engineer will visit my place. Also I have given complaints via this email product support and you can see that I already have four transaction number given without any use. I want the product to be changed immediately since in the past five months more than 4 times the issues have in the ac

                samsung / window ac — service poor

                I had registered a complaint with Samsung regarding my 1.5 ton Window AC which got conked off.

                10th Aug'10:
                Complaint registered vide complaint number [protected] on 10th Aug'10.

                12th Aug'10:
                Service Engineer visited on 12th Aug'10, identified some fault and told he'll be back with some spare part.

                16th Aug'10:

                NO RESPONSE TILL 16th Aug'10. I again called up customer care number :[protected] and was told that my complaint number [protected] was mistakingly noted for SPLIT AC and now its been corrected to Window AC and that the service engineer would attend to it shortly. Service engineer visited our house and again wen't back without repairing the A.C.

                23rd Aug'10:
                I again called up the customer care and requested them to send some engineer to rectify the complaint and was promised that engineer would attend to it by 23rd itself.

                24th Aug'10:
                I called up customer care again just to get a reply that my request has been re forwarded and will be resolved 'soon'.

                Is this the service quality of so called world leaders in electronics!!

                Samsung — Not provide service in warranty period

                My last date of warranty is 24/7/2011 when i went to samsung gallery they told that my mobile is out of warranty period. So pls give responce

                  I own a Samsung 410 ltr double door frost free refrigerator which has stopped working due to compressor problem. The company service centre technician visited and told that the compressor needs to be changed. He further said that the compressor was not available and would take a week to get stock. Its been more than a week and now the service centre says it'll take another 10 days as the compressor is coming from KOREA. The fridge was purchased in May 2007 and the compressor is within warranty till May 2012. The warranty service provided by the company is very poor. The call centre does not give the head office tele number to further the complaint and get fridge repaired or replaced. Further in the meanwhile the company does not provide any fridge in lieu.

                    I was coming to Toronto by Jet Airways flight no. 230 on 25.6.2010 scheduled to leave Delhi at 2:30.                       I have purchased a Samsung LCD TV yesterday from E Zone Indiranagr , Bangalore. The same has been delivered to day ie 02 July 10. I would like it to be installed . However no responsible confirmation is being given as to when the installation man will visit to install the TV.

                        I (Pradip, [protected]),would like to bring all kind notice that in March 2010, I had purchase one Samsung Corby 3G mobile phone from Chennai.

                        But within 02 months it’s touch screen was not working. I had complained this issue to the nearest Samsung service centre. But they return me back by assuring me that the spares part is not available right now and they will intimate me within a couple of days when it available.

                        But after passing of 20 days when there was no response found from the Service Centre People , I was went to the service centre & submit my mobile phone & ask them to return back the cell when it will be ready.

                        But very very regret that even after passing of 1 month from my complain & 10 days after by deposit of my cell in service center, they neither make any repair or give me any proper feed back about the cell.

                        In the mean while I wrote a couple of complain to Samsung Support centre.

                        But I was very much of surprised that ….
                        Samsung Support India People send only the assurance mail and which will not reflect in there work.
                        Even if their service centre people are also not aware about this matter.

                        I have been a loyal Samsung customer for almost 7 years now, have used several products of your esteemed badge and never faced problems earlier the way I am getting tortured at this moment, I just don’t have words to explain.

                        I purchased Samsung Note3 Neo (SM-N750) about an year back. From past 4-5 months, touch screen feature stops working intermittently. I have visited authorised service centre (Nehru Place) twice to have the issues resolved. During my last visit I requested them to rectify the problem once in for all, but every time I am given the story about moisture getting into the phone (** To my surprise this was told to me even during peak summer weather).

                        This is 3rd time my phone is having similar problem. Let me mention, I use genuine mobile cover suggested by Samsung Showroom Consultants hence there is no question/probability of moisture or water getting into the machine. Before approaching your service centre I have tried all possible ways to get rid of the issue, did factory reset 4-5 times, taken out battery numerous times, kept the phone off for hours but all in vain.

                        Request you to resolve this concern without further delay. If there is moisture getting into the phone, what did the workshop do during my last visit to prevent it. There has to be some design/manufacturing fault as this is happening ONLY with my phone, all my family members are using Samsung but no one else is facing such issues. Samsung service centre has failed to analyse the real cause. I strongly demand the change of phone or else resolve this problem forever.

                        I have trust on parent company and that is the very reason I am writing this email. I am looking forward to get permanent solution to this trouble, if not, I may be forced to escalate the issues to Samsung Korea. I am genuinely hoping that situation with not arise.

                            im using Samsung SGHU990. i had a problem with my mobile slide (screen). last june11 i had shown my mobile to authorized samsung service center in Dhaka at Bashundhara shopping mall (leveel 3). i was told that my mobile has something FDC!!! problem with it & can be serviced within few days. phone delivery date was given at June28. today when i reached there after their confirmation that my set is ok now, they gave me the set as it was before (same problem with the screen, they didnt solved the problem) and demanded money for the service. after a long rush conversation the representative was agreed to get back my set without any charge.
                            a lot of things happened there in samsung service center. now a days nobody is satisfied with samsung mobile, and after service provided, that are promissed by samsung. i strongly think samsung is loosing its market & brand image through its service. please take a corrective action soon after u get my massege. please, its my heartly request that let me know through my email about your preventive action. i just faced an annoying experiance with samsung service. my email add is [protected]@yahoo.com

                                  The after sale service of Samsung is very bad. We had purchased the 1.5 ton Window A.C from Samsung in April'2009. Repeated calls were made to the customer care department of Samsung but no engineer visited our place for regular servicing. Each time we were assured that the engineer will visit our home the very day, on which the call was being made however no one turned up. I was told that the engineer will call us but no one actually did. Mail was also send to the cusomer helpline, but no positive response.

                                  Their after sale service is really pathetic and no one should buy the Samsung products. The company doesn't not bother about the customer once the product is being sold. Damm the customer, who cares........

                                  Samsung AC — Insensitive after sales service

                                  i m from delhi. i bough an AC few days back. But within 5 days, it started showing its colour...there was no cooling at all and it become even worst under afternoon sun to sit with it...

                                  i complained to the costomer service and it showed up the very nexxt day...their enginers came, check with those unfaithful instruments and declared their is no fault in the machine and its ok...i protested and asked to let me call their branch head, i talked to him and he assured me that he will be sending to me some other person with some other instrument to chek it and not to care about it, but even after one week has passed and numerous complaints were lodged but to no avail. ...i tell u this is the worst kind of service i ever seen, no reply, no after sales services at all, , , , , , , , , , , , it really degrading of a consumer which other wise in the Ghandhi's words shown as a god to them...

                                    Now this device is automatically get power offs in ideal condition (ie when not in use eg not calling/not playing the games etc) and this power off time is not fixed. Also when this I have press the power buton to swith on the mobile then the mobile can't Switch on, But when i have removed the battery and reinsert battery and press power button to on mobile then its power ON. I have lready done the 'Master Reset' command on the device present under setting-reset but no improvement found problem is as it is.

                                    This problem is more frequent.

                                    Company sell faulti product like Samsung SCH-F219 CDMA handset. In which this mobile turn off automatically/at the time of any application is becoming to run. for ex. in my handset if i started FM RADIO then the handset switched off automatically.

                                      I have purchased a Samsung Split AC from Home Town in March end. Now the AC is not working. Its not getting on. I have raised a complaint at Samsung and a technician visited my place and he said that the PCB unit of the AC is not working.

                                      He said that the it does not happen usually and they are currently not having the part. Its now over 7 days and there is no reply frim Samsung.

                                      My experience for the last 4 weeks has been dismal. Samsung engineers do not respond and will not come for repairs. If you live in Bangalore, do yourself a favor and do not buy a samsung product. Despite what all these stores..Girias..Pai..Viveks..Adishwar say - there will be no repairing your samsung mistake.

                                      I bought an Samsung split AC on 1st May 2011 in Girias electronics, Tambaram. It didn't work from the first day of purchase. I called Girias, Samsung service centre and also Samsung cust care. No one solved the issue till now and girias is not taking back the AC. The worst part is no one is taking the responsibility. Don't ever buy a product in Girias as they never care for the customer once the product comes out of the their store. But I will never leave them. I am going to register a case in consumer court against Girias, Samsung service centre and Samsung.
