Dear Sir/Madam,
Finally I am writing this mail after several times repeating in contacting your Customer care.
The numbers which I contacted are

I bought a 1.5 tons split AC by last March 16th 2010, now it has the problem in LED Display and oscillating Flap (not working).
I kept contacting your customer care past one month; complaint request number is [protected] (but no use).
Every time I get an answer from your customer care as my call been register in a priority (emergency) bases, but I don’t find any response later.
