Samsung 1. 6 Ton Split A / C — A/C stopped working with in 20 days of purchase and no services rendered by company officals for last 5 days

We purchased above said a/c on 25 july, 2008 & it got water leaking into room after 15 days of instalation, then it stopped working all together, despite our repeated calls company officials did not make a visit for 3 days. It is all happening after we heard so good about there services & their commitment to visit with in 24hrs of complaint. This is kind of harrasment & ill treatment we have to go through.
