Samsung 180 Liters — very poor response | |
v.s.venkatesan residing in k.k.nagar chennai-78 I have purchased Samsung fridge 180 lit. 25/10/2008, it was a damage piece they have delivered, in the next days it self I a gave a complaint to the supplier and have register a complaint to Samsung service center I made more than 100 calls to Samsung after one month they got sing in a form that they will replace a new piece, they told to use the damage fridge as standby but hardly It was gone 4 months, now shall I go for consumer court, I have no hope that they will replace the damage fridge I have taken the fridge through installment only whether I shall stop the payment and put the damaged fridge to the supplier, please any one give me idea, so i request to company to change it as soon as possible.
