I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG LCD MONITOR, MODEL- SYNCMASTER 932 NW, FOR RS. 10000. DATE OF PURCHASE - 8TH JULY 2008, JUST AFTER FEW DAYS OF WORKING I NOTICED WHITE COLOUR BAND OR LINE ABOUT AN INCH WIDE ON LEFT SIDE AS WELL AS ON TOP OF THE SCREEN, ITS MAJOR DEFECT AND I REGISTERD A COMPLAINT TO SAMSUNG FOR REPLACEMENT. BP no. [protected] ( COMPLAINT NO. ) on 13th august, 2008 i registered a complaint for replacement and since then i have not recieved any call from SAMSUNG replacement authority, and everytime when i called up there service centre they tell me that u will recieve a call from replacement authority after two hrs, everytime they say this to me and not a single call came to me since 13th aug, its now ten days past, what should i do plzzzz help me Was this information helpful? | |
