My 1ton AC(AS12EFA)is not working from the next day after installation.
your service engineer recognised the problem to be gas leakage and have not taken care of it till then after visiting on 21st june and referring us to else.
Secondly they are suggesting us that 1.0 ton is not enough for room size 12'X 14'X11'ht top floor room
My question is why not your salesman suggested us the proper tonnage?

I want total replacement of the machine by today with 1.5tonnage same model. I am ready to pay the difference amount.Or you refund the full amount with the added valuation of the hazard i'm facing.

For your information Dr. has suggested us to buy Cooling system as my daughter a minor is highly sensitive to heat and is going through skin infections and myself to be heat allergic.

If not then no other way to go to consumer forum for help.
Expect to get a proper solution from your end -an esteemed organisation like you.
