Samsung — I want refund.

Samsung A35 Faulty from Day 1 – I Want My Refund

I ordered the Samsung Galaxy A35 on 18th June 2025 from Flipkart and received it on 20th June. From 21st June, I started facing issues with WhatsApp not working properly — this is from day one o[censored]se.

I immediately raised a complaint with Flipkart and Samsung, and they asked me to visit the Samsung Service Center. I went on Monday, 23rd June. It’s now Tuesday, 24th June, and still no solution.

Samsung support blames WhatsApp (calling it a third-party app), but that’s an excuse. WhatsApp is a basic app for all users.

I am tired of waiting and being blamed for a product issue.
👉 I do not want repair.
👉 I do not want replacement.
📢 I want a full refund. That is my right as a customer who received a faulty device.

If this is not resolved immediately, I will file a legal complaint through:

Official grievance portals

Give me my money back.
