Sir my television picture is not in a horrizontal position. Earlier this year
( Before 22nd. March ) i complained to customer care call center they sent there service
( 22nd. March ) people through HITECH SOLUTIONS. A month later i found the same problem continueing.
Again I rang to cutumer care and i said about my T.V. they said the service people will come within 2 days time. I waited but none came. again i rang to Cus Care two times there after the was no response
After a long break I again called to the customer care before 28th Oct,2010 they sent a service person through the same HITECH SOLUTIONS. That person asked me service charge for the repeated problem but i said it is ur mistake & how can i bear the amount, That gentleman ran away witout any service.
After a few days again i rang to call center for the same problem they sent the service person( 08/11/10) to my house he serviced my T.V. but even after that the same problem is repeating. I also had paid Rs. 560 as service charge for his unworthfull service
Again i called to cuctomer care yesterday ( 15/11/10) till now there is no response
Iam very much surprisd of the very worst service by SAMSUNG appointed HITECH SOLUTIONS.
I need my T.V. to be serviced soon and properly by a qualified technician who knows what is the problem and how to solve it.
