Samsung 29 - Inch Flat Tv — Very Poor after sales service | |
Sir, Myself Anand Gandhi resident of Nagpur(Mah). I bought a 29-inch flat TV in the month of september 2008. Just after a fortnight or so the picture tube blew. I called customer care and the complaint was addressed and a new picture tube was fitted. About a month or so after again the AV port was not working, the picture got tilted and the sound got very low. I again made the complint but they just said that they will address it in 24 hours but no one came. I am not sure if they are waiting for a year to get over so that they will say that now it is not covered under warranty. I also know that writing all this stuff is not going to help me in anyway, cos this is India, but I want to make other people aware that PLZ DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST GOOD FOR NOTHING. THEY SIT THERE JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY GET PAID ON TIME MONTHLY BUT DONT BOTHER ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM. Was this information helpful? | |
