[Resolved] Samsung 3d Led Tv — Pathetic response to complaint | |||
I had bought a 3D LED model no UA40C7000WRMXL in Apr 2010. And in FEB 2011, I had noticed 2 vertical lines in my screen and immediately called up the call centre (ph #[protected] on 22nd Feb 2011. I was told that a service engineer would come and look into the set. And i was really glad that a service engineer came the same day evening to attend to the problem. He then diagonised the problem and said that a part needs to be replaced. He also said that the part which needs to be replaced is not in stock and we had to wait for a week's time to get it. I had waited for a week with no luck and no call from anybody in Samsung. Since then i have been in contact with the call centre on a daily basis who have been promising me that the service personnel will call me to update the status and till today no one has called. I was really proud as the owner of a marvellous brand until this service aspect. I was with Sony all this while, my 3 other TV's, PS3 gaming console, digital camera, camcoder, AV receiver, Home theatre and my first product out of this brand was Samsung. I was very happy with them till this happened. I am really appalled by this attitude and i am sure with this lacklusture service quality, it will be very difficult for Samsung to stay at the TOP.
