sir, we have purchased an a/c in january of samsung 1.5 tonne for which the service wii be done in every three months but the company fail to make it so we made a request in toll no. of samsung[protected] and they gave the reference no.[protected] dated.07/05/2010 for further reference.for past ten days daily i am making call but no proper response from the service center.kindly take the necessary action. thanking you yours sincerely M.Navin([protected]) chennai. now i know why local service guys have business..and i am a guy who has samsung tv, theatre, videocam and A/Cs...but very soon the brand will have to change on all...defects are there and now no servicing...
