Dear sir
kindly its humble request to u plz help me to provide me correct information. I am a samsung a.c. user named sumit singh. I am not proper live in lucknow. So plz give me samsung a.c. engineer ya machine who is ahorised person of samsung service center. my a.c.is not cooling properly. I purchase a.c. from kota rajasthan last 3 years.
so plz connect me on samsung a.c. service center person who is help me to resolve my problem.

Samsung — Non Cooling AC

I bought this air condition from of you’re authorize dealer ( Mayur Electronic plaza Faridabad) on 22/04/2009 with model no: AW18ZKC with a SL. No A324DZA5400315B.
As the summer was approaching and I avail the free servicing from your company in the month of April 2010, thereafter the Air condition has stop cooling, which I though initially was due to the raise in mercury. But after some days I though of calling up to check out the cost of the problem from your customer care as AC was not cooling even in the low temperature, to which they offer me help to sent a technician to investigate the problem. For your reference the No. is [protected] on 5 may 2010.
The technician informs me that there was a gas linkages for which he said need to be sent to the workshop.

Now after reaching the workshop the technician called me up to inform that some part of the product was damage and the cost to replace is Rs.3000 and above.

1. My problem is why has the technician not check the problem at my place? By the way he didn’t even brother to open the AC and check.
2. Why do you lunch a product that cannot last even for a year?
