Samsung Ac 1. 5 Ton — BP No.[protected]

After sending my mail yesterday,Today Mr.Sanjay Thakur,service center head of Kesar Electronic call me at the time 3.19 pm and said your AC compressor is not working .We are changing your AC compressor,so that you have to pay for this Rs.5000/-.I replied why we have to pay for this,because kesar electronic first time received my AC for gas filling that time my AC compressor is working properly .I received my AC after gas filling ,only after 4 days my AC again not working. Than I am again complained as our BP No.[protected] dated 8/5/2011 . Please help me ,I do not want to pay any thing,because it is not our fault ,It is a Kesar Electronic fault. . Regards . I have a problem with AC 1.5 ton.I was registterd a complained BP NO.[protected] at 12.56 pm dated [protected] ,but till date no one attend my complained .Can any one help in this. (M) [protected]
ON 13/05/2011 at 11.30 AM, Mr. Shahzad from Kaiser Electronics ,plot no. 3,F.I.E., Patpargang,DELHI,was recieved my AC for repairing. But till date & time no information about my AC from any body . I am try to call many times[protected] & Mr.Sanjay Thakur [protected] but no body pick my phone.Please confirm , How many days are lost for my work? TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN This is to certified that Kesar Electronic commitment for my work is falls. i.e. you don"t pay single money to your work, but to day after delivered my AC, Technician gave me a bill of Rs.4750/- .
