This is Rajaraman from Chennai. There was a gas leakage on my split AC. i made a complaint and the Samsung service dealer done the service on 15-Oct-2011.when i got the unit back after service, the enclosure got damaged and the service was not done properly. i gave this feedback when i got service feedback call from Samsung. Also the service person told me that this gas filling has 6 months warranty.Now last 3 month we have not used the AC due to winter season. when i switch on now 2 weeks back the gas was fully leaked out and the AC was not cooling at all. Again i made a complaint on 25-Feb-12, the service person came from Samsung and told me that the gas filling to be done again and the previous warranty was only for 3 months not 6 months. I spoke to Samsung customer care, there were also telling the same thing, it has only 3 month warranty and they asked me to contact there service dealer directly for this issue.
