Dear Sir/Mam

I have purchased air-conditioner of samsung brand last month.But it till not working. The company has replaced the ac but the second ac is also in the same condition.Samsung is taking it lightly and we are not able to give any reply to our top management of the company.

So you are kindly requested to please take the action urgently and do the needful.
