I recently started having a very bad experience regarding Samsung Customer Service. Not bad rather pathetic. I called up samsung service center to service my AC Model Number AW18ZKAXTL. Initially they said, the AC gas is gone, and needs to be refilled. They took the AC to service center and then called up saying the coil has burnt. On asking how, they do not had a valid answer, but said, including coolant (gas) it will cost total of around 4100 Rs. This happened around 22nd March 2012. Now just 1 months gone, i see that the MCB trips after the AC runs for 5-10 minutes.
Now on calling the service center they send the engineer. As per the enginner, the condensor is gone. And it would cost another 2700 Rs.
My questions:
1) When they got the AC serviced just one months back, why did not they reported about the condensor.
2) Everytime i called them up they bill a service charge of around 250 + service tax
3) Just within 3 years, how can so many parts go wrong in an AC
4) My other voltas AC is running for around 5 years now, and it does not have a single problem. Apart from that, i have got my AC serviced on regular time. The samsung customer care seems to have found a way of earning money in this manner. With this expense i can easily purchase another AC rather then getting the current one repaired.
Now the main problem:
To furhter add, such careless are the samsung guys, i called up a local AC repairer in indirapuram and he suggested to replace the MCB. Today i got the MCB replaced for mere 50 Rs and the AC is working fine now. The Samsung service center guys did not even saw the problem and directly said the condenser is faulty and it would cost 2700 Rs to repair it.
I would not recommend anyone to purchase a samsung AC any more. Rather purchase a Voltas or LG.
Now again (even though the gas is refilled just a month back) the cooling is very low and running the AC is not really helping me out. Feeling helpless after investing so much money on an AC of a brand like Samsung :-(
I now have a concern that even the Rs 4100 i invested in gas filling and coil was also not needed.
Can you please help me out on this sir?

LG & SAMSUNG — Careless service
Sir, I am having two RIM prepaid telephones bearing No.[protected] & [protected]. But while complaining to your customer's care through *333 or visiting to your web world at Damana, Bhhubaneswar I am neither getting satisfactory answers nor service. In this matter I have often requested to your customer's care and web world. My complain is I have recharged my Tel No.[protected] with an amount of Rs.30, but recharging the same I search my balance which is -16. Again I recharged the same or Rs.30/- where my balance was Rs.8/- after deduction of Rs.-16/-. Again while I am working in my office I came to know that this telephone is less balance I checked my balance and found Rs.-8/- now. I am facing same problems in another telephone also. Please give me satisfactory service and advise me proceed other sources for justice. A line of reply in this matter is higly solicited today.Sridhar Das
