I am Jaydip Mukherjeeof 59, Dr.B.C.Ray Sarani, Bansberia, Hooghly(W.B.) purchased a window type A.C.(model-12ZKA) from Great Estern Trading Company, Chinsurah on 15/12/2009. From the very beginning this A.C.is not working properly. Hence after a couple of repairing job by the company technicians it started working but not in a satisfactory manner. The A.C. has a problem of compressor gas leakage as suggested by the Samsung service engineer. After a month or so the problem of less cooling and deposition of ice on the fins started once again and I called Samsung service which was registered with B.P.No .[protected] on date 24/07/2010 and the machine was taken for a service at company's workshop(ASMIT'S) on 28/07/2010 and came back after repairing on 16/08/2010.
Surprisingly on 27/08/2010 again I found the same problem of less cooling and this time I called Great Eastern Trading Company for replacement of the same A.C.
Since then it is a series of NOWS and THENS from Great Eastern and Samsung .I have numerous Samsung Appliances(i.e.32" L.C.D. TV, 22" L.C.D. TV, 20" LCD computer monitor even my mobile phone) and over the years I grew a brand faith on SAMSUNG which is now under serious threat. As a person if I can manage without A.C. why should I buy one? Since two months I have been suffering in this tremendous hot weather and no remedy is induced either by SAMSUNG or by the DEALER.
May what come, I am not going to buy SAMSUNG product any more, not even going to suggest any body to buy Samsung Appliances. On the contrary I would try to prevent my known ones from buying SAMSUNG products. It is better to suffer in hot weather than to buy condemned substandered A.C. on good faith.

my a/c not workin properly and service engineer not giving proper responce I register a complaint ([protected]) on 04/06/2011 but service engineer not giving any response till date

I bought an Air Conditioner from Great Eastern Trading Company on 31/03/2010 in kolkata(15, G. T. ROAD, KHADINA MORE, CHINSURAH, HOOGLY-712101) Item Samsung 121zae-1ton window AC set. We called for servicing and noise from AC. But they did not send any Engineer for service. We know SAMSUNG is a big product and service. Please see this complain as early as posible.
