one of my home window a/c is with samsung from last one week.
they have taken it for gas charging.
i made complain on 23rd of march,2010 and my complain is not solved till date.
company executive visited place on 25th march.
but till now i dont get any response from the company.
i call many times to your customer care but i dont get any response.
Well I am fully Dissatisfied with samsung service.
As i am get frustrated from company these days.
whenever i call them they say that your product is being delivered from company.
this is being happening from a weak.

Samsung Air Conditioner — NEW AIR CONDITIONER SERVICE
have bought Samsung Biofresh 1 ton Aircontioner and installed on 05th April 08. Airconditioner worked fine for 15 days and cooling effect came down drastically. I have lodged a complaint with Service Center and I came to know that Gas leakage as per the Service Engineer. Service personnel told that the A/c to be taken to Service Center and they took 4 days to take the A/c from my residence ie on May 19th 08. Since then there is no response from the Service Center till date. As such, if i call the toll free number they use to say that Service Engineer will call you within 2 hours. This was happening for the past 10 days. I have never expected this kind of response from Samsung. Better stop selling Airconditioners if Samsung is not capable of giving at least better service.
