[Resolved]  Samsung / Air Conditioner — POOR QUALITY OF PRODUCT BACKED BY POOR SERVICE

We had purchase a samsung air conditioner. Right from the start the product was defective. Dust accumulates at cooling coil and the AC stops working. We had made several complaints and overtime the service person comes, he cleans the same and says that next time this will not happen. I I I also wrote to the CEO and still the same thing happened.
We are extremely disappointed at the detioration of the standards of service and product at samsung.
The company it totally indifferent and simply not bothered. They will not acknowledge that there is a defect, so the question of rectifying does not arise. Whatever you write in the service sheet has no meaning as not body reads it and is thrown in the dustbin.
I warn all of you that about the indifference of the company and be prepared for this attitude when you buy any samsung product. They will spend money on film stars and leave the customer to suffer.
The company is indifferent. They will simply not rectify your product. if you have the time and energy then you can go to the courts.

SAMSUNG/AIR CONDITIONER — POOR QUALITY PRODUCT

We have bought the air conditioner of Samsung 1.5 years back and since then there are about 20-25 complaints and they charge us each n everytime we when we have compalined to them.
We are disgusted with the product performance and we need that it should be replaced.
I hope the matter should be seen and our preoblem will be solved

Samsung — poor product quality

Dear Sir,

I have purchased samsung, sgh-j600 on 14th April 08, as i like the features and aesthetic veiw, but in this last 9 months i have submitted three times my mobile at your service center for repair of dispaly.everytime same problem persist that it its display turns while, nothing can be seen on screen only we can hear the ring of incoming calls, we can't read the SMS and we can't dial any number.

As samsung is international company, i just request you to please look at the quality of product.Its very rediculoius to have this kind of mobile.

Apart from this, you service center at nasik takes 15-20 days to repair that mobile, now tell me who will provide the alternate mobile if we have submitted this defective piece at your service station for 15-20 dyas.

My mobile is submitted at your Nasik agency, name as shree ganesh electronic, contact person-[protected],



Do the needful as if bad mouth publicity started against SAMSUNG, then brand value will decrease hence the sales volume.

Samsung — POOR QUALITY PRODUCT AND SERVICE

I have a 3 door Samsung stainless fridge, purchased in September 2010. On the bottom freezer door there are 3 long streaks that will not come off. We are seniors, away for the winter so have used the fridge about 6 months. Our house is immaculate and so is everything in it. We are not careless people. We presently have other stainless products that have been in our home for years that are in excellent condition. Our daughter with 2 small children has a stainless fridge (not Samsung) that she has had for years which looks like new. WISH I COULD SAY THE SAME FOR THE SAMSUNG PRODUCT!! It appears the only way this can be replaced at no cost to the customer is that a serviceman has to prove the stainless on the front is faulty. Not sure how they can do that. Though the fridge is new you pay for the service call unless service person says it is faulty. Very doubtful service people would put that in writing could cost them their job. SINCERELY HOPE FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN DON'T BUY SAMSUNG STAINLESS FRIDGES. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT THEY WOULD LIKE LIKE IN VERY SHORT ORDER. To make more money on the product, could Samsung be using a lower grade of stainless steel? THIS WILL BE OUR LAST SAMSUNG PRODUCT.
