Samsung Air Conditioner — water leakage from the AC

Our office samsung ac is in warranty period. from the very beginning it has had the problem of water leakage. The machanic came thrice and cleaned it up and went off saying that AC doesn't have any problem. Still the problem persisted. Now very days are left for the warranty period to lapse. We can't use the AC because of constant water dripping. The Cust care takes the complaint but no one even turns up for repair. We are extremely hassled.
