[Resolved] Samsung Air Conditioner — Worst Customer Service | |||
Hello, My Samsung Split Air Conditioner stopped cooling on May 21st. I raised a request to have this corrected and the complaint number provided was [protected]. The engineer came to our house on May 24th and told that there was a gas leakage problem which he will only be able to fix on the following day. He (supposedly) fixed the issue on May 25th. We later (on the same day) found that the AC was still not being fixed and tried calling the engineer who said that we'll now have to raise another complaint. Name of this engineer was Dildar. We raised another complaint on the same day and have tried to escalate this issue from May 28th till yesterday i.e. June 2nd however to no respite. We keep getting told by the Samsung Service center that we will have the engineer come to our place the same day however the same has not happened. To summarize my problem, I have already paid Rs 2200.00 towards the repair of my AC and still have my AC out of service for the last 2 weeks. PATHETIC, PATHETIC Customer Service, really.
