We purchased a split-type airconditioner for our home office. They were fast in delivering the unit but their after sale service is very poor. After only 30 days of purchase the unit stopped working. Their sub-contracted maintainance provider Raycon do not have technicians on duty during weekends so we have to wait until Monday for a visit schedule. they couldn't figure out what's wrong with the unit and now it's been a week already and after persistent calls, no one has come back yet to replace or repair the unit. Their Head office customer service hotline just keeps on ringing!
they told us we have to wait the feedback from korea to determine what's wrong with the unit. I demand a replacement but nobody is taking it seriously. They will make u feel u owe them to wait and just follow whatever they tell you.
We even called the shop where we bought the unit and advised customers should threat to sue or talk to the boss (which is sooo hard to reach) otherwise they wouldn't take u seriously. Really pathetic service! Was this information helpful? |
