[Resolved] Samsung / Audio System Max Dj650 — Service/Repairs | |||
I had given my audio set for repair at Samsung India's Service centre at anoop Nagar Indore on[protected]. Despite almost 5 months it has neither been repaired or any communication given to me. 1. I had gone every 15 days to service centre and was told that parts are available , pl. wait. 2. I thought I will call centralized call centre so that speedy arrangment of spares can be taken up. I called call centre. 3. complaint no. [protected] dt. 9-8-10 was logged. 4. Despite 20 calls , standard answer is sir I ensure you that it will be done shortly. 5. NO Communication to my mobile, email given by SAMSUNG. 7. Do these people have any mechanism to moniter a complaint/ 8. It is 5 months. Shameless.
