[Resolved]  Samsung B - 519 Mobile — not supporting any image type

Your Mobile Handset Samsung B519 Guru Muzik Supports .bmp & .png Images, You can convert any
images into .bmp & .png with any images converter but remember convert into a "small size"...

There is a simple way to convert images, I telling you that do you have Microsoft Office 2003 ? if yes
then You can right click on any images and open with Picture Manager then go to export in file tab,
after click you can see a window open in Right side then select the .bmp format and select small email
160 X 160 size and select output folder and then save it with closing the application, , ,

Then you can transfer the picture on your Samsung B519 and ENJOY...

whatever image type i upload and i tried to view means, it will display " NOT SUPPORTED TYPE".. i went to samsung service center and i asked what type of image will it support.. they dint give me a proper response

i bought the mobile SAMSUNG B - 519(CDMA) last month with a reliance connection.. there is an option given in the phone that we can view images... after buying i uploaded all type of image type but none of the type supported to view.. whatever image type i upload and i tried to view means, it will display " NOT SUPPORTED TYPE". i want to know what type of images will it support ..

After some time letter I am giving some useful supports to you about the SAMSUNG SCH B519 Muzik Guru Handset...

At frist you have to know that this handset is very affordable price for CDMA technologies. And it can be use for any CDMA connection provider i.e. Reliance, TATA, Virgin, MTS, etc and its have great Music Quality for music lovers in my knowledge.

Dear friends its FM recorded sound is very much loud & clear and I 100% asure you this have to catch your mind satisfaction.

I also state you that don't believe in fake comments, because its 200% suports .bmp & .png image format in 160 x 160 pic resolution. if any problem with that please call me [protected] (Kolkata).

Dear friend its can't play any video (says Samsung) but I will try if its hope full then I told you..

Dear friend this Handset have a modem so you can brows internet on your Mobile But you can't brows it on your Computer (Not to use as a usb or Bluetooth Modem), , for that you have to get the settings from your service provider...

added Somethings inportant those Friends are suffering with there Handsets batteris, I suggest they must go to Samsung Authorised service Center and replace the battery...
and those friends are willing to buy this Handset or any Samsung Mobiles then please recharge the battery for a hole Night (10-12 hrs) before the first use... then you haven't suffer this type of problems...

I know .. The phone is a model !! I bought it too !!

But your problem regarding the picture not being viewable ... its because of the resolution !!
I mean out stupid mob supports only 128x128 pixcel pictures !!

So any picture above that resolution it will show not supported !!
just try changing ur pic resolution on the computer using, Microsoft PIcture manager OR photoshop ...

make it to 128x 128 .. pix
then put it on phone .. it worked for me !!

The cell does not support the usb connection. what software should be downloaded to usb connection & from where?

Samsung Guru is very poor performance mobile.because you give Memary card but use is zero not support any song nokiea all low cost mobile also support all formet.

I am prathap staying hyderabad.I have boughtthe samsung guru b519 mobile a week before.but iam not satisfied of mp3 player becaus when we just wanna to see time we have stop and go back to home page of the mobile.i say that the mobile mp3 player is not continous one and if we wanna do something other than mp3 player we have to back.if we press back key the music will be stopped.i request you to give an idea or the other way.Iam waiting for reply.

I WOULD NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG PHONE, THEY HAVE WORST SOFTWARE ALWAYS.

oh my God, you people are also facing the same problem that i am facing and i stupid was thinking that only my piece is defective...
i could have searched for this page in the internet before buying the phone..
it really irritating me
some other problem i am listing out:
1. mobile prayer are playing completely. in the middle its stopping.i hope if some religious group will here this disgusting problem in mobile prayer they are going to put a case against samsung India.
2. if you go to music player and for the playlist browse for songs in the hard disk then some times its comming alphabatically and some times folder wise
3.u cant change the radio station in back ground musik mode
4.if you turn on suffle in music player than your experiance is going to be horrible as some times the same songs will be playing for more then 3 times in a row.
5.a lot of noise is coming while talking.the signaling system/ antena is not atall good i felt.
6. through profile u cant change your ring tone to any thing that is in your sd card.
7.you need to go to player and play the ringtone to set it.
can any one please tell me how to get data in to phone memory or copy data to phone memory.
8. this phone is really the worst mobile ever i have seen. the chinees set also never show this kind of bugs huh..

sir, i purchased samsung sch 519 three month before., for tata indicom connection.i have problems in opening tata zone facilities, for last two week. I contact to tata custumor care, but they said threre is no problem from there side.I also cheked handset for other tata sim, but its not working.So definatly problem in handset.
Is it, handset software problem?
