Cheques are submitted for deducting monthly instalment on 10th of every month.On May 2009 no deduction was made eveen after requested made to the reprentative of the Company. On June 2009 instalments of both the month i.e May, June hav been deducted. But the company made one SMS that the instalment of May 2009 is not due.

I am from Chennai and I bought one Samsung 2 ton rating split airconditioner, just 15 months ago-on Jan2008.It worked well for 4 months from the date of installation, then did not cool.When complained to compnay Toll free call center, they arranged for repairing after 3 days. The service people-they are not from Samsung, but they are outsourced by Samsung to carry out the repairs and services-said that they have to check...
