I have given my Samsung B520 to Samsung service center in BTM Layout (Next to BTM Water tank) on[protected], because it is not switching on. They told that they will check the problem and they will inform me with in 24hours. They have given their contact number. I had called them around 10times, still they are telling Still your status hasn't updated for the Workorder Number. Finally i went to Service center, they told that it is a Motherboard problem and it costs around 80% of the mobile cost. And the Service center people are worst in service.
