In our office we uses Samson Leser Printer ML - 1610 since last two years. We resided at Baddi, Distt.- Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India. There is no any responce of any kind of Service through Custemer Care Service.
We hope you will send the mechanic and provide the service.

Problem in machine from last 1month, we have lodged several compain but your franchise softpeople told us that your toner is not working well & he changed the toner but after three months problem is the same the xreox is not good enogh & this time once again he told us that your toner is expired, he only force us to give yearly maintaince contract to him whose address is given below so please look into this matter.
Lastly its our request you to not give franchise to any body.
