samsung metallica tv — tv is not working
i have registred my complant regarding tv repair to the samsung costomer care on 17-dec-2009 complaint no [protected]. my tv has been taken to work shop by service engineer on 25 dec 2009. they have done nothing so far. please clearfy that to how much time required for my tv repare work your customer care is use less for customer service.Customer satisfaction rating Customer satisfaction rating is a complex algorithm that helps our users determine how good
