[Resolved]  Samsung — SAMSUNG Customer Support Misbehaviour

I am very proud owner for Samsung from last few years.
First time i faced a problem but got very bad revert from samsung Customer support.


I bought a Samsung LCD in the month of August 2009. Its not been even 3 months that the Television
has been fall down on floor.My wall is as proper as it can be,because wall mounted is properly fixed on it.
At night around 2 0 clock,i had heard a sound,and when i woke up and see that LCD falls down from its hook,while its hooks are properly attached to the walls.
Right from the date of installation,no one has touched the LCD TV,as its been operating by remote and as it is hanged on wall at an very good height.

On next day morning i registered my complaint to Samsung Service Centre & they told me that techinician would visit on same day of complaint.
On same day evening again i called three times to samsung support they again told me technician would definitely visits today.But none of them visits on that day.
Next day morning i again called then technician visits i.e. on (22/10/2009).

Techinician came and said that wall hanging is properly fixed on wall.Then he calls to his Manager Mr. Dinesh Asija(Manager),
then he told to technician that each damage is chargable.Technician tolds me the same,that he can't do anything.
Then i told him,let me talk to the concerned person.Then i talked to Mr.Dinesh Asija and make him aware about my problem.
He used very harsh words whlie talking to me.When i told him LCD falls in night he tolds me that you are lying.How can i trust you.
Then i told him this is not the way to talk to your customers, i am also an software engineer not an illetrate person.
Then he tolds me u do whatever u want to do,i will not replace your LCD nor i will get it repaired.

First question is Why LCD falls down,as it is being purchased by Samsung Dealer,installed by an Samsung Technician.
Does wall hanging of Samsung is not up to the mark as it is fall down only in two months?

Second Question is that,Does these type of harsh words should be expected by an Samsung Manager??"Customer is Liar"

As i am using Samsung Appliances from last 10 years.I didn't faced any problem in so many years.I have so much faith and trust in Samsung.But when i talked about Customer Support Services of Samsung,my all trust & faith gone in Dustbin.

SHAME oN sAMSUNG as you say Customer is Liar.

I am expecting reply from Customer Support regarding this matter.

I bought a Samsung Mobile C-5212 frim Mobile store South Extn Delhi on 09April2010. on 12th April I went srvice center Nehru place abt Batery Backup very low but i dint get any respone agaisit my Mob on 15 th april2010 after 2 days my problem of battery back not sort outed by service center and In charge of Mr. Vinit again said to deposit my Mob on 05may2010 and last 4days he is not delivering my Mob he is very bad and wworst service manager of Samsung nehru place.pleae tale action against him and be assured after sort out my problem he delivered my phone on time..
