[Resolved] Samsung — Charging socket of the phone not working | |
Hello I have purchased samsung GT-C3010S on 17/10/2009 from HotSpot CP Outer Circle. from the very first week i was facing some problem while charging my cell, i reported the same to the hotspotpeople they answered me that it is a new cell phone so it might take longer time to get charged so do not worry. but i was facing the problem, i told them that i have to charge the battery for more than two hours but with in 15 minutes it gets discharged, it may be because of bad battery. two weeks ago i have taken my mobile phone to the service center, after examining the phone they said that the charging point (socket) of the phone is not functioning properly and I have to get it replaced but they are asking for money. i told them thats its in the warranty and i am facing the problem from the very first week but still they are asking me to pay and get it replaced. Call costomer care on[protected] from BSNL/MTNL. it is a toll free number. Tell them your problem, they will hwlp you out. Go to the service center with your receipt and show them. definitely they will do it free of charge otherwise it will be consumer negligence.
