[Resolved]  Samsung Cdma Handset — Defective New Handset

Dear Sir,
i had purchased a new CDMA hand set.
Since Day one its battery and display were giving problems. When I contacted the Samsung Service centre, they informed that the set is defective and needs to be replaced, but I will need to return the set to them and wait for 15-30 days for replacement. They were also not sure whether the replacement would or only the motherboard will be changed.
Since the set is in warranty, tyhey were not willing to talk to seniors for immediate replacement wherein they can request for new motherboard and do immediate replacement for same
I have spoken to samsung seniors for early replacement as it would not be possible to be without handset for such long time ans I anm working in sales for a PVt firm
Pls help in getting the matter resolved..

Samsung — Complaint pertaining to CDMA handset

Hello,

I purchased a Samsung CDMA mobile phone (Guru - SCH519 with IMEI # - A0000017C54DB3) on[protected] from Akash Electronics, G-4, Upper Ground Floor, Savitri Market, Sector-18, Noida. Since then I have been running into issues related to voice clarity, presumably due to call drop.

Initially, I was under the impression that it was a network issue. However, I realized a month later that it is a problem with the handset itself.

I have visited one of the Service Centres several times to get this problem fixed. Here's the address -

My complaint was attended to just once (out of those multiple visits) and that too didn't help as the problem is still persisting. On numerous occasions, i was told that the problem couldn't be fixed due to unavailability of spare parts etc. I believe the phone was repaired incorrectly even after I clearly explained about the exact issue (call drop). Apparently, the mic was changed. On bringing this to the staff's notice during my recent visit to the service centre, I was told that the problem could be with the mother board and that couldn't be fixed due to its unavailability.

After going through this my patience has ran out.

Samsung CDMA Handset — Hang and many issues

It's very frustrating to tell you that i purchased Sumsang CDMA MPOWER Muzik handset in 16-March-2010 and not working properly.
I have already given my handset 4 times in last 5-6 months and still i am facing same problem. Today it is in again in the center....SW work already done 2 times but there is fault in handset as many times mobile is not reachable mode and in hang mode.Now i am using simple handset to get my calls.Mobile battery already drained in 5-6 moths with is also socking.
I am having same handset with my frd which is working fine from last 2 yrs without any issue.
Kindly check and try to change the handset if possible.

Need to change the handset so that i can use this...
