On 18/6/2011 i had purchased Samsung Chat 3222.Model no. RW1B422478L ([protected]). I have been facing a consistent problem of automatic shutdown or java errors from the time i have purchased this phone. After 2 weeks of purchasing the phone its optical track-pad stopped working. I had it repaired from the Samsung service centre at Khira nagar, Santacruz in Mumbai. The new track-pad that was not as good as the previous one. Still i managed to use it for some time. The very next month a new problem arised the phones system started crashing. It also showed java errors and errors in the music player as well. So again i had to send it for servicing at the same place. The service that was provided was not at all satisfactory as the same problem arised the next month. And again i had to give it for servicing and repairs. From then this problem has arised frequently and i have been giving it for servicing almost ever month ever since. 2 months ago the optical track-pad and the phones software both became unresponsive and so i had to have them changed as well. Recently in the beginning of January the phone's camera stopped working. The camera was then replaced but again just after two weeks the same old problems started appearing. So again i had to visit there. The camera's image quality was also worst and not like the old one. On the recent side i started facing the same old problems and so had to visit the center again on 11/02/2012. Today i was informed that the motherboard is corrupted and it will be replaced by another one which i suspect will stop working again after a few weeks. The job sheet number given to me is [protected]. Overall the services i have been getting are totally unsatisfactory, disgusting and totally nonprofessional. The parts that are being used are of poor quality and mostly second hand grade.So thus as a result of all the above complaints i would like you to see in this matter and replace my phone completely.I had requested for this in my second last visit during the second camera change but the refused to do so altogether. I am a student and for having these repairs done and for the rest a lot of my time gets wasted. And considering the quality of services i am getting this is totally disgusting and unsatisfactory. Because by the number of times i have had my phone serviced i think the entire model or piece is a defected one. So i would kindly request you to look into this matter and have my phone replaced as soon as possible.
