Sir, I have register my complain with Samsung Customer Care Division on 13/6/2012 vide Registration No [protected]. I had been assured that with in 24 hours engineer will visit my home for necessary serviceing of my Samsung Tv. But it is a matter of regret that till 18/6/2012 no body from Samsung
Service Department has complied.
I request you, please do the needful considering the reputation your company.
