Samsung — Complainе about Phone Repair Service | |
Hello Sir/Mam, I went to Samsung Service station "Maa Vaishnavi Servces,Vikas Marg,Delhi-110092" for my samsung phone repair on date 19th Aug 2013. The executive has kept my phone and asked me to come for 3 days, When i went to take my phone after 3 days i checked my phone has still problem. The executive told me that they were not able to fix the problem. They guys asked for the services charges and taken Rs 113 from me as service. When i asked for bill they refused,but i taken my bill. I want to know for 3days you kept my phone and was not able to fix the problem they why you taken service charges. My Bill No is : Book No : 07 CR No : 334.
