Samsung Corby Gtb 5310 — kies problem

dear all
i have download the 2 cds on my laptop but did not work i tried to download it in other laptop but i have the same problem when i connect the mobile it will not work, i have also download it from the internet with the last version of kies and also did not work . can you please help me to solve the problem
