I have bought Samsung Corby Pro (GT-B5310) on Jan 29, 2010 but till date I am unable to connect the phone to my PC through software named 'kies' provided with the set. Further not able to connect to internet by using 'Bluetooth' connection. I have being trying hard, loaded and reloaded their software 'kies' but could not succeed. Same thing using bluetooth, my other phone is working well but 'corby Pro' is not able to connect to net. Please Help! Was this information helpful? | |

1. That I have purchased the above set from Anmol watches and Electronics (P) Ltd. Vide Cash Memo No. NCS-25334 dated: 29.10.2011, and also paid cash Rs. 9350/-
2. That the set did not function properly on 31.10.2011 after 2 days of purchase and immediately on 01.11.2011. I met M/s Anmol Watches and Electronics (P) Ltd., SCO-1043, Sector-22 B, Chandigarh (Seller) who told me to go to service Centre Durga Communication. On 02.11.2011 instead entering my complaint the service center verbally guided me to change the sim card. Accordingly I did the change of sim which resulted in correctness in phone only for 2 days. After that I visited the Durga Communication, SCO-23, 1st Floor, Sector-18 D, Chandigarh, who took possession of the set and told after checking that they will change the hardware but I asked them to replace the set which was not giving worthwhile service.
3. That after change of hardware the set functioned for a week and again it cropped up trouble. I again visited Durga Communication, SCO-23, 1st Floor, Sector-18 D, Chandigarh and they took possession of set on 29.11.2011 and promised to give replaced set after a month.
4. That verbally Durga Communication, SCO-23, 1st Floor, Sector-18 D, Chandigarh, informed me after a month that they have not got the approval for replacement and the set may be collected from them. In this way the defective set has been sold to me and now there is hesitancy in its replacements.
5. That before I hand over my case to the Legal Person for institution of a complaint under the Consumer Protection Act 1986 against all of you I give this notice for 10 days to replace the set, failing which I shall hand over my case for institution of legal action under the Act ibid and also claim damages for harassment and inconvenience suffered by me and in that event you will be responsible for all costs etc. The set is already lying with Customer Service Centre Durga Communication, Sector-18 D, Chandigarh.
A copy of notice is retained by me.
