i purchased a samsung phone s3653 dated 6 december i used it for 4 weeks and the problem of auto on came .and i had gone to service station moti nagar,the set was there 4 one month,than also it was not repaired ,than i had submitted it to nehru palace ,i have not got my cell till now plz take a strict and immedeate action against my problem contact no .[protected] Was this information helpful? | |

samsung/corby-S3653 — till now the are not taking any action
Dear sirI have given my mobile handset to samsung authorized service center in 26.02.10,but till date they are not responding.when ever i call them to check current status,those time they are not able receive my call.Now i am in puzzle.For kind information i am attaching my receipt copy of service center.
My fervently request to you pls. take necessary action as earlier as possible.
